The Parmigiani Fleurier Toric Chronographe Rattrapante is a manual-wind split-seconds chronograph offered here in two distinct 30-piece editions: the rose-gold Natural Umber reference introduced in 2024 and the platinum Agave Blue anniversary edition identified by the Maison as a 2026 novelty. Both use the PF361-SLIM movement and share the same 42.5 mm case dimensions, but differ in material, dial treatment, reference and manufacturer-listed price.
Two editions, two references
These are separate configurations, not color options for one reference. Parmigiani Fleurier’s product pages list each as a 30-piece limited edition.

The prices are the manufacturer’s listed figures, not confirmed transaction prices. They do not establish retailer stock, tax treatment or resale value. Fratello reported CHF 135,000 for the rose-gold version in its 9 September 2024 launch-era article; that historical figure is not a substitute for the current product-page price.
What the rattrapante complication does
A rattrapante, or split-seconds chronograph, can time two events that begin together but end at different times. The chronograph hands start together; pressing the split function stops one hand to record an intermediate time while the other keeps moving. The stopped hand can then catch up with the moving hand, allowing the chronograph to continue.
#1 Best Overall
Parmigiani describes the PF361’s integrated mechanism as using two column wheels and states a precision of one-tenth of a second. In practical terms, the complication is useful for comparing elapsed times without stopping the running chronograph.
PF361-SLIM specifications
Both product pages name the manually wound PF361-SLIM. The manufacturer lists these shared movement specifications:
- 65-hour power reserve
- 5 Hz frequency, equivalent to 36,000 vibrations per hour
- 285 components and 35 jewels
- 7.35 mm movement thickness
The rose-gold edition’s description identifies an integrated movement with double-column-wheel construction. The platinum edition’s page describes the PF361 as made in 18-carat rose gold, with openworked architecture and hand-finished components.
Case dimensions and everyday considerations
Both editions measure 42.5 mm in diameter and 14.4 mm thick. Each is rated to 30 m water resistance. The rose-gold Natural Umber model is listed with an alligator strap; the platinum product page’s cited specifications do not establish a strap detail here.
The case size and thickness are worth considering in person if you prefer a compact dress watch or plan to wear it under close-fitting cuffs. A 30 m rating is a stated water-resistance specification, not an indication that this chronograph is intended for swimming or diving.

Parmigiani Fleurier dated its announcement of the new Toric collection to 9 April 2024, introducing the Petite Seconde and Chronograph Rattrapante. In its anniversary material, the Maison describes Toric as Michel Parmigiani’s first expression of his founding vision and places the Chronographe Rattrapante in a 30th-anniversary trilogy with the Toric Petite Seconde and Toric Quantième Perpétuel. The brand highlights hand-hammered gold dials and gold movements as shared artistic and material themes.
The dates distinguish the editions: the rose-gold Natural Umber reference belongs to the 2024 collection introduction, while the platinum Agave Blue reference is identified as a 2026 novelty. The design language and anniversary association are the Maison’s framing; they are not independent assessments of the watches.
