When comparing the 5976/1G’s footprint with another watch, check whether the quoted dimension includes the crown and whether it is a width or a case diameter. Without a like-for-like convention, the numbers do not establish which watch will wear larger across the wrist.

What are the case, bracelet and dial made like?
The case and bracelet are 18K white gold. Patek Philippe describes a dark blue dial with Nautilus-style horizontal embossing, diamond hour markers and the anniversary inscription across its upper half. The bezel is vertically satin-finished with polished chamfers; the bracelet alternates matte and mirror-polished links. These details combine the anniversary markings with the collection’s established dial and bracelet design.
