What the 5004T sold for at Only Watch 2013
Antiquorum cataloged the watch as lot 25 at Only Watch Monaco 2013. Its estimate was €400,000–€600,000, and the catalog records a realized price of €2,950,000. Those figures describe the 2013 sale; they do not establish what the watch would be worth today or whether the result was stated net of fees. Antiquorum’s lot record is the source for the lot details and auction figures.
The sale was part of a broader charity auction. A 2013 report by Revolution Watch gives the total result as €5,066,000 and says the event benefited research into Duchenne muscular dystrophy. That reported sale total is not, by itself, an audited figure for funds transferred to charity.
What makes the Ref. 5004T distinctive
Antiquorum describes the piece as a “fine and unique” titanium Ref. 5004T. Its case material and one-off status distinguish it from the broader Ref. 5004 family; the catalog identifies this particular example as unique, rather than documenting a production run of titanium versions.

The auction catalog lists the watch’s functions as a split-seconds chronograph, 30-minute counter, perpetual calendar, moon phases, leap year, and 24-hour indications. It also records the lot’s accompanying fitted wooden box, Certificate of Origin, setting pin, hangtag, and leather folio. That is the cataloged set at the 2013 sale, not confirmation of what a later owner may have today.
Movement and Ref. 5004 background
In an October 8, 2013 article, watch-industry publication Montres de Luxe identifies the movement as Caliber CHR 27-70 Q and reports that it contains 407 parts. The article describes the manual-wind chronograph movement as based on a Nouvelle Lémania ébauche made exclusively for Patek Philippe and reworked by the manufacture, with a split-seconds mechanism and perpetual calendar added by Patek Philippe watchmakers.

Montres de Luxe also describes the Ref. 5004 as a Patek Philippe Grand Complications model produced from 1995 to 2011, and calls the 5004T the first and only titanium version, made for Only Watch 2013. These technical and production-history details are attributed to that contemporaneous trade report; the auction catalog independently documents the titanium case, listed functions, and unique status of the lot.

The figure is useful as a documented historical auction result, not as a live price guide. The cited sources do not establish a present-day asking price, current availability, or investment return for the 5004T. Nor do they provide a consistent set of comparable Ref. 5004 sales with matched dates, currencies, condition, fees basis, and venue. A meaningful comparison would need those details, as well as evidence about the specific watch and its provenance.
