The Rogbid M6 is a budget smartwatch announced in March 2024 with a round AMOLED screen and styling that closely resembles the Huawei Watch GT 4. Its reported launch promotion was $49.99, but the advertised health, battery and connectivity features were not independently verified in the launch coverage. As of August 18, 2026, the M6 is not visible in Rogbid’s current official catalog, so that launch price is historical—not a confirmed offer today.
Why the Rogbid M6 was compared with the Huawei Watch GT 4
The M6’s round case, bezel proportions, 1.43-inch AMOLED display and traditional-watch styling echo the Huawei Watch GT 4. Launch coverage also noted promotional watch-face layouts that look similar. These are visual comparisons, not evidence that the watches share hardware or software. “Lookalike,” “clone” and “knock-off” describe the reported resemblance; they do not establish a legal finding.
There is no verified evidence in the launch coverage that M6 straps, chargers, cases, watch faces or software are compatible with the GT 4. Rogbid’s launch colors were Moonlight Silver with a brown leather-look strap and Classic Black.

Health features are claims, not clinical measurements
Rogbid advertised heart-rate, SpO₂, sleep, exercise and blood-pressure functions. The available launch coverage does not establish clinical validation, regulatory clearance, an independent accuracy test or a published validation method. The blood-pressure function in particular should be treated as a wellness estimate, not a medical reading. Do not use M6 readings to diagnose or treat a condition, assess low oxygen or arrhythmia, or change medication.
Launch reports also do not establish how well notifications are delivered, whether messages can be answered, how reliably health data syncs, or whether the companion app remains supported. Those are separate capabilities from simply listing notifications or sensors as features.
Battery, charging and water resistance
Battery and wireless charging
The 300 mAh capacity, around three days of typical use and up to ten days on standby were reported as specifications or manufacturer claims, not independent test results. Calls, frequent screen wake-ups, health monitoring, notifications and workout tracking may reduce runtime; the coverage does not define the usage pattern behind the typical-use figure.

“Wireless charging” does not necessarily mean Qi charging. The launch reports do not clarify the standard, so buyers should not assume a generic phone charging pad will work; confirm the supplied charger type and replacement availability with a seller.

What IP67 does—and does not—tell you
The M6 was reported as IP67-rated, while comparison coverage identifies the Huawei Watch GT 4 as IP68-rated. IP67 generally concerns dust protection and temporary immersion under specified laboratory conditions. It does not by itself establish suitability for swimming, showering, salt water or high-pressure water. IP67 and IP68 are different ratings, and the M6’s reported rating should not be treated as proof of equivalent water resistance to the GT 4. The launch coverage did not establish the M6 rating’s test documentation or warranty treatment of water damage.
Rogbid M6 versus Huawei Watch GT 4
The resemblance is clearest in appearance and headline screen size. Similar looks and a low launch price do not establish equivalent sensors, software, fitness tracking or support.

Gizmochina and Notebookcheck reported a $49.99 promotional price at the M6’s March 2024 launch, against a claimed $99.99 regular price. That is a dated launch offer, not a verified current price. Rogbid’s official all-products catalog did not visibly list the M6 when checked on August 18, 2026; the company’s official website highlights other models.

What to check before buying a listed M6
- Confirm the listing is for the Rogbid M6, not another Rogbid model, and establish whether the seller is authorized or offering old stock.
- Find the companion-app name and verify availability in your country, Android or iOS compatibility, and whether the seller provides firmware updates.
- Ask what notifications actually support: receiving alerts, reading full message content, replying, call handling and background connection reliability are not interchangeable.
- Clarify whether Bluetooth calling needs a separate app permission or audio profile, and whether NFC supports your intended function. NFC alone does not mean Google Pay, Apple Pay or bank-card payments.
- Confirm charger type and replacement availability. Do not assume wireless charging means Qi.
- Request documentation for the IP67 claim and check the seller’s water-damage warranty terms; do not buy it for swimming without explicit manufacturer guidance.
- Check whether health functions are available in your region, while treating advertised blood-pressure readings as non-clinical.
- Review return shipping, warranty coverage and total cost, including duties and taxes.
Who might consider the M6—and who should look elsewhere
It may suit
- Someone who mainly wants a round, premium-style appearance at a low price.
- A buyer seeking an AMOLED display and basic phone notifications or Bluetooth calling, provided app compatibility is confirmed.
- Someone willing to accept uncertain support and unverified health-feature performance.
It is a poor fit for
- Anyone relying on watch readings for medical decisions or needing dependable health measurements.
- Swimming, serious outdoor-water use or accurate sports tracking.
- People who require standalone GPS, cellular use, a mature app ecosystem, long-term updates or assured after-sales support.
- Buyers who need verified compatibility with a particular phone, or expect Huawei software and service in a similar-looking case.
Is the Rogbid M6 a Huawei Watch GT 4 alternative?
Only in the narrow sense that it offers a similar visual style. The M6 was an inexpensive lookalike with a reported $49.99 launch promotion, but the available evidence does not show it to be a functional equivalent of the Huawei Watch GT 4. Since the M6 is absent from Rogbid’s visible current catalog, a buyer finding one now should treat it as an older, potentially unsupported listing and verify seller terms and exact model details before ordering.
If you want a current Rogbid watch rather than specifically the M6, the official catalog shows the company’s current range; models may differ substantially in design, operating system and capabilities. For the GT 4 as the brand benchmark, start with Huawei’s regional site and check local availability rather than assuming a March 2024 price or stock level still applies.
