That interval is the guide’s account, not an official Rolex production record.
A Rolex Certified Pre-Owned listing from Bucherer identifies one 2014 example of the exact reference as a 40 mm white-gold watch. That confirms an example and its listed details; it does not establish the specifications or condition of every 116719BLRO.

How does the GMT-Master II show a second time zone?
Rolex says the GMT-Master II launched in 1982 and is designed to display another time zone. Its triangle-tipped 24-hour hand is read against the 24-hour scale on the bidirectional, rotatable bezel. The bezel can be turned to shift the reference time shown by that hand.
The local hour hand moves independently in one-hour increments without stopping the watch. That lets a traveller adjust local time while the other hands continue running. Rolex describes the model as displaying two time zones simultaneously. Its history page says the 2014 version revived the emblematic colour pairing found on the original watch.

What is established about the 116719BLRO’s specifications?
The evidence for this exact reference confirms its identity as a white-gold Pepsi model and includes a retailer’s 2014, 40 mm example. The available official Rolex brochure, however, covers the later 126719BLRO—not the 116719BLRO. It specifies a 40 mm white-gold case, calibre 3285, a blue-and-red Cerachrom bezel and water resistance to 100 metres for that later reference. Those details should not be transferred to the 116719BLRO without a source that confirms them for the exact reference.
When assessing a specific watch, check its reference, dial and configuration against reliable documentation rather than relying on descriptions of a related GMT-Master II.
