Seiko’s Presage Cocktail Time GMT models, the SSK037 and SSK039, are listed on official Seiko pages in several markets, including the US, UK, Germany, India, New Zealand and Australia. That is broad regional availability—not proof that either watch is in stock everywhere or that every country received it at the same time. Check Seiko’s local listing and authorized retailers for current stock and price.
Where Seiko lists the Cocktail Time GMT watches
Seiko’s regional pages show the SSK037 and SSK039 in multiple markets. The listings support saying the watches are available across several regions, but they do not establish universal availability or synchronized release timing.
Seiko’s India GMT lineup, UK Cocktail Time collection, Germany GMT lineup, New Zealand GMT lineup and Australia GMT lineup list the models. Seiko USA also has product pages for the SSK037 and SSK039.
The pages reviewed do not give an original launch date, so they cannot confirm when the watches first went on sale or whether their arrival was simultaneous between markets. A product listing is not a stock guarantee; check the local page or a local authorized seller before buying.

SSK037 vs. SSK039: what’s different?
The principal distinction is the dial treatment and strap: SSK037 is the light-blue, Skydiving-inspired version on a steel bracelet, while SSK039 has a dark-brown gradated dial inspired by a Rusty Nail cocktail and comes on a black leather strap.

Seiko describes the GMT hand on both US product pages as “designed to resemble a cocktail glass.” The UK collection page says the Cocktail Time has “vibrant, glossy dials reminiscent of colorful cocktails.”

Shared movement, dimensions and functions
Seiko USA lists both watches with an automatic movement that can also be wound manually, a date calendar, 24 jewels, 21,600 vibrations per hour and approximately 41 hours of power reserve. The New Zealand SSK037 specification page identifies the movement as caliber 4R34 and lists a dual-time 24-hour hand, stop-seconds function, date display and deployment clasp with push-button release.
Both US listings give a stainless steel case, box-shaped Hardlex crystal and 5 bar/50 m water resistance. Their published dimensions are the same:

Seiko lists a 20 mm lug width for the SSK039 on its US page and for the SSK037 on its New Zealand specification page. The published water-resistance rating alone does not establish whether a particular water activity is suitable.
For fit, compare the 40.5 mm diameter, 12.8 mm thickness and 47.5 mm length with a watch that already wears comfortably on your wrist. For a GMT watch, consider whether you will use the 24-hour hand to track a second time zone; the shared date display may also matter in everyday use.
