The model family includes multiple references and bezel finishes. The US product page identifies SP-5134-33 as the All Steel version, while Spinnaker Japan lists SP-5134-22, SP-5134-55 and SP-5134-77. Confirm the precise reference, finish and included bracelet or strap on the listing for your market rather than assuming every Croft 42 Skeleton is configured alike.

These are manufacturer-listed measurements and specifications for SP-5134-33, not independent measurements. A 15 ATM rating is a water-resistance specification; it does not by itself establish a particular diving certification.
How the NH70 movement specification translates
Spinnaker names the movement in this watch as the NH70 skeletonized automatic. Time Module Ltd. (TMI), the movement maker, lists the NH70 as a three-hand mechanical movement running at 21,600 vibrations per hour (3 Hz), with 24 jewels and a stop-seconds device. TMI also lists a Côtes de Genève-decorated rotor and Japan or Malaysia as possible countries of origin; its published page does not establish which origin applies to an individual finished Croft.

TMI’s 2022-06-02 technical guide for the NH70A/71A/72A family specifies manual winding, automatic winding with a ball bearing, more than 41 hours of duration after a fully wound mainspring, and static accuracy of −20 to +40 seconds per day under the guide’s measurement procedure. These are movement-maker specifications, not a measured result for every finished watch. They should not be read as a guarantee that a particular Croft will keep time within that range in day-to-day wear.
Will the size and skeleton dial suit you?
The listed 42 mm diameter gives a useful first comparison, but the 49 mm lug-to-lug and 14 mm thickness also matter. Lug-to-lug length helps indicate how far the watch may extend across the wrist; thickness affects how it sits beneath a cuff. Since these numbers are official listing figures rather than wrist-fit testing, compare them with a watch you already find comfortable, or try the Croft on if possible.

The skeleton presentation is a preference trade-off rather than a measurable advantage: it puts the movement on display and gives the dial visual depth, while leaving less of the dial visually simple than a conventional face. If quick, uncluttered time-reading is your priority, inspect clear photos of the exact reference and consider whether its hands and indices stand out enough for your taste. If seeing the mechanism is part of the appeal, the openworked layout is central to the proposition.
