The Squale Montauk V3 is the third revision of Long Island Watch’s exclusive Montauk diver, a line first released in 2020. Announced on 5 November 2024, the V3 pairs a compact 38 mm case with a no-date Sellita automatic movement and a 300 m water-resistance rating. The specifications below are those published by Long Island Watch, not independent test results.
What the Montauk V3 is
Long Island Watch describes the Montauk as a store-exclusive collection and says the V3 is its third revision. The announcement appeared on 5 November 2024 as a sponsored post on aBlogtoWatch; the accessible mirror preserves the title, date, sponsorship label and a short introduction, but not further product testing or detailed commentary. The watch is presented as a vintage-inspired 300 m automatic diver. Its proportions distinguish it from many larger dive watches: the listed diameter is 38 mm, with a 45.8 mm lug-to-lug measurement and 11.5 mm thickness. These are retailer-published dimensions.

The watch listing specifies a 20 mm rubber strap. Long Island Watch also lists a separate Montauk Rev 3 Beads of Rice bracelet. The available listing does not establish current stock or confirm compatibility for every individual reference, so verify both with the retailer before ordering.

For fit, the 38 mm diameter is only one part of the picture: the 45.8 mm lug-to-lug measurement and 11.5 mm thickness also affect how the case sits on the wrist. The 20 mm strap width gives a further practical reference when considering replacement straps or the separately sold bracelet.

The retailer publishes the case, movement, dial and accessory details above, but the available material does not provide a reliable side-by-side breakdown of revisions. It therefore does not establish exactly what changed from V2 to V3, nor does it support claims about measured timekeeping, bezel performance, water-resistance testing or comparative quality. The 5 November 2024 announcement mirror identifies the launch as sponsored; it is not a basis for treating the product specifications as independent test findings.
