They share a manually wound Seagull ST-1901B chronograph, a 38.5 mm case and 50 m water resistance; the choice is chiefly between Classic Cheese’s bright yellow-to-orange dial and Burnt Pepper0ni’s dark, charred treatment. The retailer currently labels both listings “Available In-Store Only,” so confirm local stock, current price and purchase terms before making a trip.
What are the Studio Underd0g x Time+Tide pizza watches?
These are two separate watches in the Studio Underd0g 01SERIES Gen 3, created with watch publisher and retailer Time+Tide. The references are 01MPT for Classic Cheese and 01BPB for Burnt Pepper0ni. Both put pizza-inspired dial design on a manually wound chronograph rather than being novelty watches with different movements or case sizes.
The collaboration grows out of a 2023 April Fools’ pizza-watch prank staged by Studio Underd0g founder Richard Benc and Time+Tide founder Andrew McUtchen, according to Time+Tide’s launch feature. The later watches turn the joke into two deliberately different designs: one evokes a classic cheese slice, while the other gives pepperoni a dark, charred look.

Time+Tide reports that both have a 20 mm lug width, sapphire crystals on the front and back, and hours, minutes, small seconds and chronograph functions. Its launch feature says the movement is regulated in-house to -10/+15 seconds per day; that is a stated specification, not an independently verified accuracy result. The official Classic Cheese listing also gives manual winding, 50 m water resistance, a 50-hour reserve, sapphire glass and 20 mm lug width.

Which design should you choose?
Choose Classic Cheese for the bright dial and steel case
Classic Cheese is the more openly playful of the pair: its yellow centre shifts into toasted orange, and the missing section at 3 o’clock is a physical cut-out in the layered dial, not merely a printed graphic. Time+Tide describes that detail as a nod to New York slice culture. The brushed and polished steel case keeps the overall look lighter than its partner.
Choose Burnt Pepper0ni for the darker, more dramatic treatment
Burnt Pepper0ni replaces the bright palette with orange fading almost to black, charred topping motifs and a black PVD-coated case. Its design makes the pizza theme less immediately literal at a glance, while retaining a distinctive food-inspired dial. It launched at a higher price than Classic Cheese in each of the three currencies reported by Time+Tide.

What do they cost, and where can you buy them?
Time+Tide reported launch prices of US$825, £625 and A$1,400 for Classic Cheese, and US$925, £700 and A$1,550 for Burnt Pepper0ni. These are launch prices, not confirmation of today’s price. The retailer’s current product pages label both models “Available In-Store Only”: see the Classic Cheese page and the Burnt Pepper0ni page for current listing information, and contact the retailer to check stock and terms.
Launch timing was reported in two different ways. Time+Tide’s feature gives New York availability beginning February 26, Melbourne arrival March 5, and the first UK run at British Watchmakers’ Day on March 7, 2026. Fratello’s launch coverage describes public purchase starting the day after each event: February 27 in the US, March 6 in Australia and March 8 in the UK. Those dates describe the original launch, not present-day availability. Amazon availability has not been established.

What do the shared specifications mean in practice?
The 38.5 mm diameter and 44.5 mm lug-to-lug measurement give each watch a relatively compact footprint on paper, while the 12.9 mm thickness reflects the chronograph construction. A 20 mm lug width is the stated strap fit. Both watches are manually wound, so they do not wind themselves through wrist motion: the wearer needs to wind the crown to run the movement. The stated 50-hour reserve is the period the watch can run after winding before it needs winding again, subject to use.
The 50 m water-resistance rating is a specification, not a promise that every form of water exposure is suitable. Follow the maker’s guidance for use and care rather than treating the rating as a blanket guarantee for swimming or other water activities.
