SUNKTA sells more than one military-style smartwatch, so “SUNKTA Military Smartwatch for Men” does not identify a single set of specifications. The available manual documents one specific model, WW-BW1846A-US-SXT-2; its features and limits should not be assumed to apply to every SUNKTA listing. Before buying, match the listing’s model identifier to its manual and verify the features that matter to you.
What is the SUNKTA military smartwatch?
It is a name used for SUNKTA’s military-style smartwatch products, rather than a unique model designation. SUNKTA’s official site describes variants with Bluetooth calling, activity tracking, health-monitoring features, and differing screen sizes. Those are manufacturer descriptions, not independent test results. SUNKTA’s official site does not make one variant’s specifications universal.
A separate product index identifies an Amazon listing by ASIN B0BYRMQ3NJ, whose title advertises a 1.39-inch display and 100 sport modes. That ASIN is not the model number given in the manual discussed below, so the two identifiers should not be treated as interchangeable. Device.report’s indexed listing records a first-available date of March 17, 2023; that date does not establish current availability or the current listing’s specifications.
Specifications documented for model WW-BW1846A-US-SXT-2
The SUNKTA manual reproduced by Manuals+ gives the following specifications for model WW-BW1846A-US-SXT-2. These are manufacturer-provided details for that model, not confirmed specifications for every watch sold under the SUNKTA military-style name.

Is the SUNKTA military smartwatch waterproof?
The manual for model WW-BW1846A-US-SXT-2 describes a 5ATM rating and says it is suitable for splashes, rain, showering, and shallow-water swimming, but not diving or high-pressure water activities. The manual explains that the rating means the watch can withstand pressure equivalent to a depth of 50 meters; that wording is not a promise that it is safe for every activity at that depth. The guidance is from the manufacturer’s manual, not an independent water-resistance test. Check the documentation for the exact model before exposing a different variant to water.
Does it work with Android and iPhone?
The manual for WW-BW1846A-US-SXT-2 lists compatibility with Android 4.4 and above and iOS 8.0 and above. It identifies FitCloudPro for pairing and notifications and describes a Bluetooth call-audio setting. These are model-specific manual details, not confirmation of compatibility with every current phone, OS release, or SUNKTA variant. Confirm the exact watch’s current app and operating-system requirements before purchase; for calls, check that call audio is enabled as described in the manual.

What to verify before buying
Use the exact product listing and its matching manual rather than relying on a broad title such as “military smartwatch for men.” SUNKTA’s product range includes variants, and the model number in the manual differs from the ASIN in the indexed product listing. Device.report’s SUNKTA index also catalogs multiple devices, reinforcing the need to match identifiers.
- Model identifier: Match the model number on the listing or packaging to the manual. Do not infer identity from a similar product title or screen size.
- Calling and app: Confirm that Bluetooth calling is supported on that variant, which companion app it uses, and whether its requirements suit your phone.
- Battery: Check the stated capacity and runtime conditions for the exact model. Treat manufacturer estimates as claims rather than guaranteed daily performance.
- Water use: Read the model’s own rating and activity limits. A rating should not be interpreted as permission for diving or high-pressure water exposure.
- Health and fitness features: Confirm which sensors and sports modes the listing actually includes. The available material does not independently validate health-monitoring accuracy or ruggedness, and “military” styling is not evidence of military certification.
- Included items and warranty: Check the listing for included straps, charging cable, and warranty terms. The manual for WW-BW1846A-US-SXT-2 states a 12-month warranty, but that does not establish the terms for another model or a current listing.
- Price and availability: Verify these on the live listing; indexed records and older listing details may not reflect current terms.
Who should consider it?
A SUNKTA model may suit a buyer looking for a lower-complexity smartwatch with advertised calling, activity tracking, and a rugged style, provided the exact variant’s compatibility and limitations fit their needs. It is a poor choice to buy on the strength of the word “military,” an unverified health claim, or a specification copied from another SUNKTA model. The evidence available here supports manufacturer claims for one documented model, not independent conclusions about accuracy, durability, or performance across the range.
