The TAG Heuer Aquaracer Professional 200 Solargraph Sundowner is a 250-piece Time+Tide collaboration, reference WBP1181.FN8024. It pairs a 40 mm titanium case and 200 m water resistance with a solar quartz movement; its distinctive details are sunset-toned rose-gold-plated accents, a dark dial and a khaki-green fabric strap. TAG Heuer’s US product page currently marks it discontinued, while Time+Tide’s shop listing says out of stock.
What makes the Sundowner different?
The Sundowner is a limited edition of the Aquaracer Professional 200 Solargraph, created by TAG Heuer with Australian watch publication and retailer Time+Tide. TAG Heuer identifies the model by reference WBP1181.FN8024 and says the caseback is marked “one of 250.” Its design draws on Australia’s Kimberley region and the colors of sunset, according to the brand.

Time+Tide describes the design concept as rose-gold sunset tones set against a storm-sky dial, with a khaki strap giving the watch a more tactical character. The collaborator says the indices, hands and double-signed logos use 18k 5N rose-gold plating. These are design details specific to the collaboration, rather than a different movement or case architecture from the wider Solargraph family.
Specifications and what they mean
| Specification | Published detail |
|---|---|
| Reference and edition | WBP1181.FN8024; limited to 250 pieces, according to TAG Heuer. |
| Case | 40 mm titanium, according to TAG Heuer; Time+Tide specifies sandblasted Grade 2 titanium. |
| Water resistance | 200 m, according to TAG Heuer. Time+Tide also reports a screw-down crown. |
| Movement and functions | TH50-00 solar quartz; hours, minutes, seconds and date, according to TAG Heuer. |
| Dial and strap | TAG Heuer lists a black sunray-brushed dial and green fabric strap. Time+Tide describes the dial as anthracite and the strap as khaki-green fabric in a NATO style. |
| Lug width | 20 mm, according to Time+Tide. |
| Full-charge autonomy | Up to 10 months, according to TAG Heuer. |
The 40 mm case size is a useful point of comparison if you are considering other Aquaracer Professional 200 models. The edition’s fabric strap gives it a different look from versions supplied with rubber straps or titanium bracelets. Time+Tide says other TAG Heuer rubber straps and titanium bracelets offered on other Solargraphs are compatible; check the dimensions and fit of any specific replacement strap or bracelet before buying.

How the Solargraph movement is powered
TAG Heuer says the TH50-00 charges from natural or artificial light. The manufacturer’s stated autonomy is up to 10 months on a full charge, and it says brief exposure to light can provide enough power for a full day. Time+Tide separately reports up to four years in power-saving mode. That longer figure describes the power-saving mode, not ordinary full-charge autonomy.
These are manufacturer and collaborator claims, not independent runtime test results. In practice, light exposure and how the watch is used matter; the published figures should be read as stated maximums rather than a guaranteed interval for every wearer.

Launch prices and current availability
Launch pricing reported in 2024 differs by market and should not be mistaken for a current offer. Time+Tide’s November 15, 2024 introduction reported A$4,450 and £2,700, with availability beginning November 18 at 21:00 CET. Hodinkee’s November 14, 2024 launch report gave a US price of US$3,050 and described availability through TAG Heuer boutiques in Australia and New Zealand and the TAG Heuer and Time+Tide websites.
On the checked TAG Heuer US product page, the model is marked “This product is discontinued.” The page displays US$3,250, but that is not evidence of an available purchase. Time+Tide’s shop listing displays €3,000 and says “Out of stock.” These listings do not establish availability at every dealer or in every market, nor do they establish resale prices. Check the seller’s live stock, price, region and return terms before purchasing.

Who should consider the Sundowner?
- It may suit you if you want an Aquaracer with a solar movement, a titanium case and a fabric strap, and value the limited collaboration’s Kimberley-inspired color palette.
- Check carefully if you need a watch that is readily purchasable at a predictable price. The cited brand and shop pages indicate discontinued and out-of-stock status, respectively.
- For strap changes, treat the 20 mm lug-width figure from Time+Tide as a starting point, not a guarantee that every strap or bracelet will fit. Confirm compatibility with the exact item and watch configuration.
