TAG Heuer’s official CAR5A80.FC6377 page is the source for this reference’s specifications and displayed US price. The 65-hour reserve is a stated capacity, not a guarantee of how long a particular watch will run between wears; actual running time depends on its state of wind and use.
What the tourbillon chronograph movement does
The HEUER02T COSC combines conventional time display and chronograph functions with a one-minute tourbillon. TAG Heuer lists hours and minutes, quarter-second chronograph indication, 30-minute and 12-hour counters, and the tourbillon. The 4 Hz frequency and 65-hour reserve are specifications for the CAR5A80.FC6377, not results from an independent accuracy or endurance test.

For the Polychrome Tourbillon specifically, TAG Heuer’s brochure calls the Calibre Heuer 02T COSC “developed entirely in-house” and gives it a 65-hour reserve. That brochure also describes a rainbow-colored skeleton dial and a limited run of 150 pieces; those details belong to the Polychrome model and should not be generalized to every HEUER02T Carrera. HEUER02T variants are not interchangeable
The family spans noticeably different treatments. Check the full reference before relying on a listing or comparing a price: case and bezel materials, strap, special decoration and discontinued status can all change.

TAG Heuer’s later Carrera brochure names a tourbillon chronograph movement Heuer 02 (TH20-09) and gives it a 65-hour reserve. That is a later designation and model-generation distinction, not evidence that the older HEUER02T reference reviewed here uses TH20-09. When checking a newer listing, identify the reference and caliber printed for that watch rather than treating the shared Carrera tourbillon description as proof of identical movement.
