The Toronto Timepiece Show’s second edition took place at the Meridian Arts Centre in North York over Saturday and Sunday in September 2025, with the Timepiece World Awards ceremony on Saturday evening. Eleven judged categories recognized watches selected by a seven-person jury; attendees chose the People’s Choice award, which ended in a tie between the Isotope Moonshot and Christopher Ward C12 Loco.
What happened at the 2025 Toronto Timepiece Show?
The September 2025 event was the show’s second edition, held at the Meridian Arts Centre in North York. Fratello Watches reported more than 75 watch brands and approximately 4,600 people across Saturday and Sunday. The Calibrated Wrist and WatchDNA each reported nearly 6,000 attendees; WatchDNA also put the number of participating brands at 85. These are publisher-reported figures, and the reports do not explain a common counting method, so they should not be treated as reconciled totals.
The awards ceremony took place Saturday evening. The awards recognized achievement across 11 categories, with a separate People’s Choice result.
How were the Timepiece World Awards decided?
According to the official awards page, finalists and category winners were chosen through confidential voting by selected committee members and jurors. Show attendees selected the People’s Choice winner from all participating watches. Fratello reported that seven jury members ranked six preselected watches in each category.

Who won the People’s Choice award?
The People’s Choice award was a tie between the Isotope Moonshot and Christopher Ward C12 Loco. Unlike the 11 category awards, this result was selected by show attendees from all participating watches.
What recipients said about the awards
The Calibrated Wrist reproduced remarks from recipients in its event coverage. Isotope co-founder José Miranda said, “I was not expecting this. We do not produce watches to win awards. It was a huge surprise. But nothing changes for us. We will continue being humble. We will continue to make designs, not just for us, but for everyone.”

What the results do—and do not—tell watch buyers
The winners identify the watches recognized in their respective categories at this event. The category labels distinguish the fields, from Toolwatch to Exceptional Materials, but an award alone does not establish a watch’s quality for a particular buyer, current availability, or suitability. The published accounts do not provide a detailed scoring framework or a product-by-product technical comparison.
The awards are therefore best read as an account of the jury’s and attendees’ selections at the 2025 show, not as a substitute for checking a model’s specifications, price, fit, service support, and current stock before buying.

What is known about the next show?
In his September 28, 2025 report, Fratello’s Robert-Jan Broer wrote that organizer Jason Hutton had told him the 2026 Toronto Timepiece Show was booked for September 25–27. That was a plan reported at the time, not confirmation that the event took place or that its schedule, attendance, or exhibitors matched that plan.
