If a Global Champions League (GCL) live stream is unavailable, check the event’s official schedule for a Replay link, then sign in to GCTV and confirm your pass includes full replays. The free GCTV Access Pass offers highlights and other selected content; full replays are included with Live Pass, while Pro adds individual round clips for each horse and rider. If the schedule lists another broadcaster, check its listing for that specific event and your location.
Check the official event schedule for a replay
Open the relevant event’s schedule and find the exact GCL session or class. Look for a Replay link beside the session; a live stream being unavailable does not, by itself, establish whether a replay exists. The Cannes 2026 broadcast schedule, for example, lists GCL sessions with both “Watch” and “Replay” links. That is an event-specific example, not a guarantee that every session will have a replay.

Check what your GCTV pass includes
GCTV’s official FAQ distinguishes free access from paid replay features. If a replay will not open, sign in and check your subscription under My Account before assuming the stream or replay is missing.

The Cannes 2026 event page displays Live Pass Annual “as low as” €4.99 per month. That is an annual-plan monthly equivalent shown on that page, not a universal price for all countries or billing options.
See whether the event lists another broadcaster
Some event schedules may list a separate broadcaster for a session. The Cannes 2026 schedule, for instance, separately lists a DAZN BLACK broadcast for a GCL session. Verify the exact event, session, and territorial availability before relying on such a listing: one schedule entry does not mean the broadcaster carries every GCL round or is available everywhere. The official pages cited here do not establish a universal alternative broadcaster.

Watch on another supported device
GCTV says it can be watched on mobile, tablet, and desktop through a browser or the GCTV app. Its FAQ also documents casting from supported devices using Apple AirPlay or Google Chromecast. Compatibility depends on the device and setup; the FAQ does not establish that every television, browser, or casting configuration will work.

Contact GCTV if access still fails
If you have confirmed the schedule listing and your account access but still cannot view the content, use GCTV’s support routes rather than assuming a cause or a replay deadline. During a live event, use the on-screen chat. Outside live events, email [email protected]. If a verification email has not arrived, check your spam or junk folder. GCTV’s published pages do not promise that every interrupted stream will receive a replay or specify when one must be posted.
