The three reported launch references share a 42 mm steel case and automatic AL-727 movement; their main distinction is the dial configuration. Launch prices were reported in 2019 and should not be read as current retail quotes.
What made the Pilot Heritage Chronograph different?
The watch brought a chronograph to the Startimer Pilot Heritage line, with Time and Watches describing it as the collection’s first chronograph and WatchTime calling it the first monopusher chronograph in the aviation-inspired Startimer collection. Its cushion-shaped case and bullhead-style layout give it a distinctive profile: the single chronograph pusher sits at 2 o’clock, rather than using separate start/stop and reset pushers.
Pressing the monopusher operates the chronograph through its functions; the face pairs a 30-minute counter with a running-seconds subdial. The reported layout is bi-compax, with the two subdials arranged across the dial.
Which launch references were offered?
Launch coverage reports three references. Use the reference number when looking for a particular version: descriptions of how the colors group together are not entirely consistent across reports.
