The Baume & Mercier Clifton 10756 and 10758 are 39 mm automatic moon-phase date watches that share the Baumatic movement and case specifications. Their main differences are visual: the 10756 pairs a blue dial and strap with rhodium-tone details, while the 10758 uses a gray dial, black strap and gold-tone details. Although the title calls them new releases, a 2024 model catalog lists this pair among that year’s new models; Baume & Mercier’s documented 2026 Clifton launches are different Ice Blue watches.
What are the Clifton 10756 and 10758?
Both references combine a date display with a moon-phase indicator near 6 o’clock in a 39 mm stainless-steel case. Baume & Mercier describes each as powered by its automatic Baumatic manufacture movement. The brand’s official moon-phase collection page lists both references.
The pair appears in Gressive’s 2024 new-model catalog. They should not be confused with the distinct Clifton Ice Blue models covered in Baume & Mercier’s 2026 launch announcement, which gives September 1, 2026 as their launch date.

Baume & Mercier says both straps can be changed without tools. The brand’s official product material describes the shared core: automatic Baumatic movement, date and moon phase, 39 mm steel case and 12.2 mm thickness. The available specifications do not establish a difference in movement or case size between the references.

- Case: Satin-polished stainless steel, 39 mm in diameter and 12.2 mm thick.
- Crystal and case back: Domed scratch-resistant sapphire crystal with anti-glare coating on both sides; the back is secured by four screws and can be engraved.

How does the moon-phase display work, and when does it need setting?
Baume & Mercier explains that a synodic lunar month lasts 29.53 days. A common moon-phase mechanism uses a 59-tooth wheel to represent two lunar cycles. Because that cycle is an approximation, the brand says this type of display may need correction approximately every three years. That is general guidance about this kind of mechanism, not a model-specific service interval or guarantee.
The brand also notes that a moon-phase display may need setting when the watch is purchased. Its general instructions describe adjustment with a special tool through a discreet button on the side of the case. For the correct procedure and precautions for either reference, use the watch’s manual or ask an authorized Baume & Mercier service provider.

Are these 2026 new releases, and where can you check availability?
The available publication trail points to the 10756/10758 pair appearing as 2024 models, rather than 2026 launches. Baume & Mercier’s 2026 release announces different Clifton Ice Blue editions: a 39 mm automatic date model and a 40 mm perpetual calendar. Its stated September 1, 2026 launch date applies to those Ice Blue watches, not to the moon-phase date pair.
