For a craft-focused, dress-leaning option, Seiko’s Presage HCC007 has a cobalt-blue Arita porcelain dial and a stated U.S. recommended price of $1,700. These are evidence-backed starting points, not hands-on-tested winners; confirm the exact reference, current listing and availability before buying.
A blue dial does not determine how a watch wears or what it is suited for. Compare intended use, dimensions, movement, water resistance and price, and distinguish a blue dial from a watch that merely has blue accents.

Tissot PRX 40 mm Automatic: integrated-bracelet style
Tissot’s official U.S. blue-dial collection lists PRX 40 mm automatic variants at $850 and $950. This makes the PRX a relevant option for shoppers seeking an integrated-bracelet sports-style watch. The collection page reviewed for this guide does not establish the exact references or the feature differences behind the two prices, so do not assume that every blue PRX has the same specifications.
Before choosing one, open the product page for the specific variant and confirm its movement, reserve, water resistance, crystal, bracelet and price. The listed price is a snapshot from a collection page, not a promise of current stock or a transaction price.

Seiko Presage HCC007: cobalt-blue porcelain dial
Seiko describes the HCC007 as a 145th-anniversary Presage with a cobalt-blue Arita porcelain dial. Seiko’s announcement gives a U.S. recommended price of $1,700, a 39.6 mm diameter, 12.8 mm thickness, automatic Caliber 6R51, 72-hour stated power reserve and 3-bar water resistance. The announcement says the model is limited to 1,500 pieces and that availability begins in July 2026 at select retailers; verify current stock rather than treating that announcement as an availability guarantee.

How to compare blue-dial watches
- Start with use: Decide whether you want an everyday sports-style watch, a dress-leaning watch, a field watch or a diver. A blue dial alone does not make models interchangeable.
- Check that the dial itself is blue: A blue bezel or seconds hand is an accent, not a blue dial. Seiko’s Prospex HBC005, for example, has a silver-white dial with blue accents, so it is not included as a blue-dial pick.
- Compare the exact reference: Confirm the dimensions, movement, stated reserve, crystal, water resistance and bracelet or strap on the manufacturer’s product page.
- Separate list price from sale price: The Tissot figures are listings from its U.S. collection page; Seiko calls the HCC007 figure a U.S. recommended price. Neither establishes what a seller currently charges.
- Consider fit individually: Diameter and thickness are useful dimensions, but they do not establish how a watch will feel on a particular wrist.
Blue dial or blue accents?
Some watches combine a non-blue dial with blue details. Seiko’s 2026 Prospex HBC005 announcement describes a silver-white dial with blue on the bezel insert and seconds hand. It lists a $1,400 U.S. recommended price and 300 m diver’s water resistance. That makes it a possible blue-accent diver to investigate, not a verified blue-dial recommendation.
Seiko’s HBB001 is another adjacent option rather than a blue-dial pick: the announcement describes a two-tone silver-and-blue bezel and does not identify its dial as blue. Do not count either watch as a blue-dial model based on its bezel alone.
