Plans call for a two-level B Social Club measuring about 45,000 square feet. Unlike the New York proposal, this club is currently presented as a benefit for people living in the condominium, not as a separately marketed public membership club. The project’s stated construction start is late 2028, with completion targeted for 2031. Those dates depend on the development proceeding as planned.
