The two parts can also be used separately. It is a premium, brand-specified design rather than a proven guarantee against creasing or a promise that every airline will accept it as cabin baggage.
How the S.C Holdall works
Bennett Winch says the S.C Holdall was developed with Permanent Style. A jacket and trousers wrap around the central holdall and attach with magnets and straps. The garment carrier and holdall can each be used on their own, giving the design more flexibility than a permanently joined bag. The brand says the carrier accommodates one full suit, while the holdall has room for folded clothing. See Bennett Winch’s product details.

Will it keep a suit from getting creased?
The wraparound carrier is intended to carry a suit separately from the folded clothes in the holdall, but the product information does not establish a measured crease-prevention result. How a suit arrives will also depend on how it is folded, how tightly the bag is packed, and how it is handled in transit. If avoiding creases is critical, treat the carrier as a way to keep the suit apart from your overnight kit—not as a guarantee that it will arrive perfectly pressed.
Dimensions, capacity and weight
Bennett Winch lists the canvas model at 32 litres and 2.2 kg. Its page gives measurements for more than one configuration; the combined dimensions and the separately stated height do not make the overall measurement completely clear, so check the current product page before comparing it with a luggage limit.

- Read Before You Buy — No Video Output: These adapters support charging and USB 2.0 data transfer, but cannot transmit video signals. Except for standard USB webcams (which use USB data only), they are not compatible with HDMI/DisplayPort cables, video-capable USB-C hubs, or docking stations with video output.
- Convert USB-A Ports to USB-C: Designed to connect USB-C earphones, cables, flash drives, card readers, and other USB-C accessories to standard USB-A ports. Plug-and-play with no drivers or software required.
- Aluminum Alloy Housing: Built with a sturdy aluminum alloy shell that aids in heat dissipation and protects against daily wear and scratches. Designed to maintain a stable and secure connection.
- Compact & Travel-Friendly: The ultra-compact design allows the adapter to stay plugged into your device without blocking adjacent ports or adding bulk, reducing wear and tear on your original USB ports.
- 12-Month Warranty: Backed by a 12-month manufacturer warranty for peace of mind. Designed to meet strict quality control standards for reliable everyday performance.
| Configuration | Published dimensions |
|---|---|
| Combined bag | 55 × 36 × 45 cm; the page also states 32 cm to the top of the bag |
| Holdall alone | 54 × 31 × 34 cm |
| Suit carrier laid flat | 55 cm wide × 1 metre long |
These are manufacturer-published specifications, not independent measurements. The combination of a 2.2 kg empty weight and a 32-litre capacity is worth factoring into your packing plan, especially where an airline sets a cabin-bag weight limit.
Will it fit in the aircraft cabin?
Bennett Winch says it has travelled with the bag on nearly every premium airline without hand-luggage problems. The company also says it cannot comment on some budget airlines with smaller allowances and advises against overpacking. That is the brand’s experience, not a guarantee of acceptance: cabin rules vary by carrier, fare and itinerary, and can include both size and weight limits. Confirm the current allowance with the airline operating each flight, and compare it with the dimensions for the configuration you intend to carry.

Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone.Who is this format for?
The S.C Holdall is most relevant if you want to carry a suit alongside a short-trip clothing kit and value being able to detach the garment carrier from the holdall. It is less straightforward if your priority is the lightest possible cabin bag, certainty about fitting a particular airline’s allowance, or a low-cost way to transport a suit. Compare the actual dimensions, empty weight and current fare rules against your route before deciding whether the combined format earns its place in your luggage.
