Bvlgari’s U.S. product page identifies the satin-polished titanium model as reference 104351. It measures 37 mm across and 6.45 mm thick, with stated water resistance of 30 m. Its integrated satin-polished titanium bracelet closes with a folding clasp and push buttons. The BVF 100 movement
Reference 104351 uses the automatic BVF 100 manufacture calibre, with a platinum microrotor. Bvlgari lists a movement height of 2.35 mm, a frequency of 21,600 vibrations per hour (3 Hz) and a 72-hour power reserve. The movement is decorated with hand-finished radiating Côtes de Genève, chamfering and perlage.

Bvlgari says the BVF 100 was developed and validated over three years at its Swiss manufacture, measures 31 mm in diameter, and is 20% smaller by volume than the movement in the 40 mm Octo Finissimo. Is 37 mm likely to fit comfortably?

In a Wallpaper* interview published April 15, 2026, Bvlgari Product Creation Executive Director Fabrizio Buonamassa Stigliani said collectors had told the company, “I love the watch, but it’s too big for my wrist.” He also said the smaller case required a new movement because the existing Octo movement could not be used at that size. Stigliani said, “It was important to avoid positioning it as a ‘smaller’ or ‘female’ version. That would have been a mistake.” The 37 mm was intended to sit alongside the 40 mm range, rather than replace it or be framed for a particular gender.
