What the flyback function does
A conventional chronograph generally requires three pusher actions to time a new interval after one has ended: stop the chronograph, reset it, then start it again. With flyback, one action resets and immediately restarts the timing. That makes it useful when measuring successive intervals, such as repeated laps or stages, without pausing for the full stop-reset-start sequence. It is a convenience in operation, not evidence of greater timing accuracy.

The 40 mm diameter alone cannot establish how the 14.45 mm-high case will sit on a particular wrist; try the exact reference if fit is a deciding factor.

Water resistance: understand the 3 bar rating
The official specification is 3 bar (30 m). Treat this as the watch’s stated water-resistance rating, not a guarantee that it is suitable for swimming or diving. Follow the manufacturer’s guidance for use around water, and do not infer a more specific activity rating from the metre figure alone.

A retailer listing for reference 00.10927.08.13.02 has appeared in an older indexed capture, but that is not a current quote.
