Citizen’s Armor lineup pairs two chronographs with a smaller, simpler three-hand watch. The clearest documented comparison is between the 44 mm CA7058-55E and 41 mm AW1660-51H: the chronograph adds a stopwatch and rotating bezel, while the three-hand model is lighter and has a gray dial. CA7050-57H is the other chronograph, but its detailed specifications are supported here by secondary sources rather than an official Citizen product page. This is a specification-based comparison, not a firsthand wear test.
How the three Armor references differ
Citizen’s Canadian listings identify the CA7058-55E as a black-dial chronograph and the AW1660-51H as a gray-dial three-hand watch. Both use Eco-Drive movements, sapphire crystals, Super Titanium bracelets and are rated to 100 m water resistance. The CA7050-57H is also identified as an Armor chronograph in a 2020 video review; a secondary catalog supplies its further specifications.

Which Citizen Armor watch is smaller?
The AW1660-51H is the smaller of the two models with official dimensions in this comparison: Citizen lists it at 41 mm and 85.33 g, versus 44 mm and 110.56 g for the CA7058-55E. Those figures establish a difference in listed size and mass, not how either watch will fit or feel on a particular wrist.

Horobox lists the CA7050-57H at 44 mm. The 2020 aBlogtoWatch review describes the chronographs as 45 mm, so the figures should not be treated as interchangeable. For CA7058-55E, Citizen’s reference-specific listing gives 44 mm; for CA7050-57H, 44 mm is secondary-source information.
Chronograph or three hands: choosing by function
CA7058-55E: stopwatch and rotating bezel
The CA7058-55E is the most fully documented chronograph in the group. Citizen specifies a 1/5-second stopwatch that measures up to 60 minutes, a date display and a one-way rotating bezel. Choose it if those timing functions matter to you; its black dial and bracelet with DLC accents also distinguish its appearance from the other two references.
CA7050-57H: another chronograph, with less official detail available
The 2020 aBlogtoWatch review includes the CA7050-57H among the Armor chronographs. Horobox lists a B642 caliber, date, chronograph, 44 mm case and 100 m water resistance. Because those detailed figures come from a secondary catalog rather than a retrieved official Citizen page, they should be read as catalog specifications, not as independently confirmed Citizen documentation.

AW1660-51H: simpler display
The AW1660-51H has three hands and a date, without the chronograph functions Citizen lists for the CA7058-55E. Its smaller, lighter listed case and gray dial make it the straightforward option for someone who does not need a stopwatch or rotating bezel.

Citizen describes Super Titanium as titanium treated with DURATECT, its surface-hardening technology. On its global technology page, Citizen says Super Titanium is “40% lighter than stainless steel” and has “a surface hardness five times that of stainless steel.” These are the manufacturer’s stated comparisons, not measurements made for this article. Citizen’s U.S. page uses different wording: “over 5X harder than stainless steel” and “around half the weight.” The figures and phrasing belong to their respective Citizen pages and should not be collapsed into a single exact specification.
Citizen also describes the material as corrosion-resistant and gentle on skin. However, its global page cautions that not every Super Titanium model is resistant to metal or nickel allergy, so these three references should not be assumed hypoallergenic on the basis of the material name alone. Citizen recommends regular cleaning and notes that bracelet pins may tarnish.

These watches were introduced in a different retail context from current regional product listings. aBlogtoWatch’s December 3, 2020 review reported original U.S. prices of $650 for each chronograph and $550 for the three-hand model. Those are historical review-era figures, not current offers.
When accessed on 2026-10-07, Citizen Canada displayed CA $950 regular and CA $760 sale for the CA7058-55E. Its AW1660-51H page displayed CA $750 and “Sold Out.” These are Canadian page prices and a retrieval-time stock status; they do not establish current pricing or availability elsewhere.
Quick Recap
Which model makes sense for you?
- Choose CA7058-55E if you want Citizen’s officially documented Armor chronograph, its 1/5-second timing function, one-way bezel, black dial and larger listed case.
- Consider CA7050-57H if you are comparing the other Armor chronograph, but verify the exact reference and specifications with a seller or Citizen documentation; the detailed figures available here are from a secondary catalog.
- Choose AW1660-51H if three hands and a date are enough and you prefer the smaller, lighter figures in Citizen’s official listing.
