The official pages establish color and reference as the principal comparison points, but they do not provide the same level of detail for each model. In particular, the purple page explicitly identifies caliber 8210 and sapphire crystal; the blue page describes the ice-blue dial and NJ020-series specifications. Do not assume an unlisted blue-model detail from the purple listing without checking the exact blue reference’s local product page.
How to identify the right reference
- Choose NJ0200-50W for the purple sunray dial.
- Choose NJ0200-50L for the ice-blue sunray dial.
- When shopping through a retailer, match the full reference number, not just “Tsuyosa 37” or a color description. Listings can vary by region and may omit or mislabel details.
Citizen Canada’s Tsuyosa collection page includes both blue and purple among its color filters, but a collection filter alone does not confirm that a particular reference is in stock.
Price, stock, and regional terms
Prices, inventory, and purchase terms depend on the country and can change. At the time its product page was indexed, Citizen’s US listing marked the purple NJ0200-50W temporarily out of stock; that is not a current availability guarantee.

As a regional example, Citizen Canada listed the purple model at CA$650 and described a five-year limited warranty, a 30-day money-back guarantee, free returns, and bracelet sizing. Those are Canadian storefront terms, not universal promises; confirm current price, stock, and conditions directly with the relevant local retailer before buying.

Citizen describes the purple model as an automatic watch with a 42-hour power reserve and water resistance up to 50 m, calling it a daily-wear option. That rating is a stated water-resistance specification, not a guarantee for every activity or condition. Follow Citizen’s care guidance and check the watch’s documentation for appropriate use; do not infer additional durability features that the product page does not establish.
