What Delugs sells
Delugs says it uses “leather, rubber and fabric materials on our straps.” Its catalog includes handcrafted leather and fabric options, rubber straps, and products shaped for particular watch models. The brand’s support index also treats materials and model-specific rubber straps as distinct topics.
That distinction matters. A rubberised-leather strap is not the same construction as a full-rubber strap, and neither should be assumed to share another product’s care needs or suitability for wet use. Choose by the exact product description rather than the brand name or a broad material label.
A representative example: Black Rubberised Leather (Togo)
Delugs describes its Black Rubberised Leather (Togo) Signature Strap as embossed Togo-textured synthetic rubberised leather, including on the lining. It is therefore best understood as a rubberised-leather option, not as a conventional full-rubber strap. The listing surfaced a 17–22 mm handcrafted strap with a stated thickness of 4.5–2.2 mm.

The product package listed long and short strap ends, a brushed-silver buckle attached to the strap, two quick-release spring bars, and a packaging insert. The Delugs listing showed a price of USD 110 when surfaced; price, availability, and options can change, so check the live listing before buying.
The example illustrates why product-level details matter: a quick-release bar and included buckle may suit one owner, while someone who wants to use an existing deployant clasp should confirm compatibility rather than assume it. Likewise, the listed width range does not by itself establish that the strap will fit a particular watch case or wrist.

Fit and compatibility: check the exact watch and strap
Start with the watch, not a general claim that a strap is “universal.” Delugs’ support index flags lug width, model-specific fit, wrist-size ranges, and clasp compatibility as separate buyer questions.
- Lug width: Match the strap’s stated width to the watch’s lug width. Do not infer compatibility from the watch brand or case size alone.
- End shape: A standard straight-end strap and a shaped or CTS strap can fit differently. For model-specific designs, confirm that the exact watch model and case size are listed.
- Wrist sizing: Check the product’s stated range and strap length against your wrist. The Togo listing’s long and short ends are package details, not a substitute for confirming your fit.
- Clasp and adjustment: Verify whether the product comes with a buckle, whether your preferred clasp can be used, and whether any adjustment or cutting is required for that specific design.
- Quick-release bars: The Togo example lists them, but that detail should not be generalized to every Delugs strap.
Delugs’ support index includes questions about smartwatch compatibility, returns, and exchanges, but the surfaced information does not establish answers for every product or watch. Confirm those details with the exact product page or current support guidance before ordering.

What customer feedback says—and what it does not
The Delugs product page showed a 4.8/5 rating from 25 verified reviews for the Togo Signature Strap. Those are seller-hosted reviews for one product, not an independent or brand-wide satisfaction measure. The page includes favorable comments as well as a buyer uncertain about sizing and clasp choice.
Trustpilot results include praise for product quality and service alongside complaints about delays, backorders, or sizing discrepancies. Platform reviews can help identify issues to check, but they are not a representative survey of all Delugs buyers.
