The DOXA SUB 300 Carbon Searambler stands out for pairing the SUB 300’s dive-watch specification with a forged-carbon case and bezel. DOXA lists a titanium chamber and screw-down case back, 300-meter water resistance, and a 42.50 mm diameter. The official specifications make it possible to assess what the watch offers on paper; they do not establish how it wears or performs in independent testing.

What is the SUB 300 Carbon Searambler?

This is DOXA’s SUB 300 Carbon — Searambler, SKU 822.70.021.20. DOXA says the SUB 300 became available in an unlimited carbon edition in 2021; “unlimited” describes the edition rather than a stated production quantity. The Searambler name identifies the variant, while the carbon construction is the defining difference from the steel SUB 300 Searambler.

What does DOXA specify?

Specification DOXA-published detail
Case Forged carbon, with a titanium chamber and screw-down case back
Dimensions 42.50 mm diameter, 45.00 mm length, 13.40 mm height; 20.00 mm lug width
Water resistance 30 ATM / 300 meters / 984 feet
Crown and crystal Screw-down crown; sapphire crystal
Bezel Unidirectional forged-carbon bezel with meter scale
Functions Hours, minutes, seconds and date
Movement Swiss self-winding mechanical movement, described by DOXA as COSC-certified; 38-hour power reserve; 28,800 vph (4.0 Hz). A caliber number and certificate record are not stated in the retrieved listing.
Strap and clasp Black FKM rubber strap, folding clasp, black PVD coating and ratcheting wetsuit extension

These are manufacturer-published specifications, not independently measured results. In particular, the 300-meter figure is DOXA’s stated water-resistance rating; it is not evidence here of an independent pressure test or a separate diving certification.

What the specifications do—and do not—tell you

The listed dimensions provide a useful starting point for judging fit, but diameter alone cannot predict how the watch sits on a particular wrist. The stated height is 13.40 mm, and the 45.00 mm length gives another reference point; try it on if fit is decisive. DOXA does not state the watch’s weight in the product information cited here.

UNDONE Aquadeep Submerge Carbon Black - Automatic Dive Watches for Men
  • LIMITED-EDITION DIVE WATCH WITH PREMIUM MATERIALS - The Aquadeep Submerge Carbon elevates the Aquadeep platform with premium materials and limited-edition exclusivity. Developed for enthusiasts seeking a more distinctive and collectible timepiece, it blends professional dive-watch functionality with contemporary design and advanced material technology.
  • FORGED CARBON FIBER DIAL WITH HIGH-VISIBILITY DETAILS - At the center of the Submerge Carbon is a forged carbon fiber dial that creates a naturally layered texture unique to each watch. Paired with bright yellow accents for enhanced readability, the dial offers a bold and technical appearance inspired by modern performance equipment.
  • NH37 AUTOMATIC MOVEMENT FOR MODERN MECHANICAL PERFORMANCE - The Aquadeep Submerge Carbon is powered by the Japanese NH37 automatic movement, providing dependable self-winding operation and consistent performance. Designed for mechanical watch enthusiasts, it combines reliability with the enduring appeal of an automatic movement.
  • TITANIUM CASE WITH CARBON BEZEL TECHNOLOGY - Combining a DLC-coated titanium case with a carbon bezel, the Submerge Carbon showcases a more advanced material package than the standard Aquadeep. The lightweight construction enhances comfort while reinforcing the watch's modern, performance-oriented character.
  • PREMIUM COLLECTOR'S DIVE WATCH DESIGN - With 300 meters of water resistance, the Submerge Carbon is built for real-world diving while emphasizing exclusivity, modern materials, and distinctive aesthetics. Rather than focusing on a higher depth rating, it differentiates itself through forged carbon construction, limited-edition status, and a more premium overall execution.

Likewise, the movement description offers a certification claim and reserve figure, not a full movement identification. DOXA’s US listing calls it a COSC-certified chronometer, but does not give a caliber number or certificate record. The listed 38-hour reserve and 28,800-vph frequency are specifications, not independent timekeeping results.

There is no independent evidence here about wrist comfort, bezel action, lume, underwater legibility, real-world accuracy, impact resistance, or pressure-test performance. Those qualities require hands-on evaluation; they should not be inferred from the material or depth rating.

Carbon Searambler versus the steel Searambler

DOXA’s US listing provides a direct comparison with the standard steel SUB 300 Searambler, SKU 821.10.021.10. Both models share the published 42.50-by-45.00 mm footprint, 13.40 mm height, 300-meter rating and automatic COSC-certified movement description. The clearest differences in the listing are case material, configuration choices and price.

The prices are snapshots from DOXA’s US storefront, not current guaranteed quotes. The listings show a USD 1,500 difference at the time they were recorded. That gap is relevant if the carbon look and construction are central to your choice; it is not, by itself, evidence that one model is better value or lighter on the wrist.
