H. Moser & Cie.’s Streamliner Concept Minute Repeater Tourbillon is reference 6905-1200, a steel, integrated-bracelet watch that pairs a dial-side minute repeater with a flying tourbillon. Its Aqua Blue fumé Grand Feu enamel dial leaves the hammers and gongs in view, while the manually wound HMC 905 powers both complications. The watch is limited to 50 pieces. What is the Streamliner Concept Minute Repeater Tourbillon?
The reference is 6905-1200. H. Moser & Cie.’s product page styles it “Streamliner Minute Repeater, Aqua Blue Fumé Enamel” and describes it as the “Streamliner Concept Minute Repeater Tourbillon Blue Enamel.” It combines two complications: a minute repeater that chimes the time on demand, and a flying tourbillon. The edition is limited to 50 pieces, according to the manufacturer’s model page.
The unusual visual decision is to put the repeater’s hammers and gongs on the dial side, where they remain visible around the dial and tourbillon. H. Moser says it redesigned these components to let the sound flow in the Streamliner’s atypical rectangular format. That is the manufacturer’s design description; no independent acoustic measurement is established here.
How the dial and case are finished
The case and integrated bracelet are steel. The dial is described by H. Moser as Aqua Blue fumé “Grand Feu” enamel. Fratello’s June 29, 2024 launch report adds that the dial is hammered gold beneath a blue enamel gradient, made using four hand-blended pigments and twelve firings. Those production details are Fratello’s reporting, rather than specifications on the current manufacturer page.

The Streamliner collection’s integrated-bracelet design draws on streamlined automotive and locomotive forms of the 1920s, according to the manufacturer’s collection page. Its stated 12 ATM water resistance is collection-level context, not the rating for this specific repeater. Reference 6905-1200 is listed at 5 ATM.

Why the power-reserve figures differ
The available published figures are not consistent: H. Moser’s current model page lists 72 hours, its operating manual (version 1.0, September 2024) says at least 85 hours, and Fratello’s June 29, 2024 launch report gives 90 hours. The discrepancy is unresolved in those sources. The manual also notes that technical specifications may change, so none of the three figures should be silently substituted for the others.

How the minute repeater works
Operating the slide activates the minute repeater, which represents the time with three kinds of chime: low tones for hours, dual-pitch tones for quarter-hours, and higher tones for the minutes remaining after the last quarter. The HMC 905 is hand-wound, and the manual says the movement can be seen through the sapphire crystal in the case back.
Using the slide safely
- Push the repeater slide fully to its limit; the manual cautions against stopping short.
- Let the entire chime sequence finish before handling the repeater again.
- Wait approximately 30 seconds before activating it a second time, as the manufacturer advises to reduce the risk of damage.
- Do not adjust the crown while the watch is chiming.
Price and availability
Fratello reported a launch price of CHF 269,000 on June 29, 2024. That is a dated launch-price report, not a current quote. The current H. Moser product page shows no price and instead invites visitors to request information or reserve; current pricing, stock and allocation are not established by the sources cited here.
Water resistance, care and service
The model-specific manual describes water resistance as 5 bar and says the crown must be screwed in for full resistance. Do not open the crown underwater. H. Moser recommends checking water resistance at least annually and whenever the case has been opened, and having the watch cleaned and serviced by an authorized service point at least every five years. The manual also recommends that bracelet adjustment be handled by an authorized specialist.
