Hermès’s 2025 titanium H08 release comprises two 39 mm time-and-date watches: a monochrome version with an orange seconds-hand tip, and a blue-accented model with a black ceramic bezel and Bleu Saint-Cyr details. Both use the automatic H1837 movement, with a reported 50-hour power reserve. The prices published at launch varied by strap or bracelet configuration.
What is new on the 2025 titanium H08?
Hermès expanded the H08 collection with two titanium versions featuring light-coloured, grained dials. The cushion-shaped case measures 39 mm by 39 mm, pairing rounded contours with a square bezel. Finishing combines satin brushing, sunray brushing and mirror-polished bevels. The reported specification includes a screw-down crown and water resistance to 100 metres. A date window sits at 4:30.

Hermès describes the collection as powered by its self-winding Manufacture H1837 movement and highlights the new titanium versions’ hours, minutes and seconds display. Here, “time-only” distinguishes these models from chronographs and other complications; they still include a date.
How do the two versions differ?
| Detail | Monochrome titanium | Bleu Saint-Cyr |
|---|---|---|
| Bezel | Titanium | Black ceramic |
| Dial and hands | Silver-coloured hands and numerals with white lume; orange seconds-hand tip | Bleu Saint-Cyr numerals and hands with blue Super-LumiNova |
| Reported strap or bracelet options | Titanium bracelet; orange, blue abysse or black rubber; blue or black textile | Dark grey or Bleu Saint-Cyr rubber |
The monochrome watch keeps the bezel and dial treatment restrained, with the seconds-hand tip providing a bright accent. The Bleu Saint-Cyr model has a more pronounced contrast: its black ceramic bezel frames blue details against the light dial. The bracelet is reported for the monochrome version; the blue-accented version is reported on rubber. Options are reference-specific, so confirm the available configuration and compatibility with Hermès rather than assuming straps interchange across the range.

What movement and specifications does the H08 use?
The September 2025 launch report identifies the automatic Hermès Manufacture H1837, made by Vaucher. Its published specifications are a 26 mm diameter, 3.7 mm thickness, 193 components, 28 jewels, and a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour (4 Hz). The reported power reserve is 50 hours. Functions are hours, minutes, seconds and date. These are published figures, not independently tested performance.
Hermès’s official listing for reference W049628WW00, an H08 on an orange rubber strap, gives a 39 mm case width, 42 mm lug-to-lug height, H1837 automatic movement, 50-hour reserve and 10-bar water resistance. That listing concerns a specific reference; it does not establish that every 2025 variant shares its exact configuration.

Is the 2026 H08 Squelette the same watch?
No. The H08 Squelette, reported by Hodinkee in April 2026, is a separate skeletonized release rather than another version of the 2025 time-and-date titanium models. It has a 39 mm black DLC-coated titanium case, black ceramic bezel, H1978S movement and no date, with grey or Bleu Zanzibar dial treatments. Hodinkee reported a US price of $21,600. Its movement, display and colourway distinguish it from the H1837-powered Bleu Saint-Cyr and monochrome models.
