The Louis Erard 2340 is the independent Swiss brand’s first integrated-bracelet watch: a slim, 40 mm cushion-shaped design that pairs a titanium case middle and bracelet links with polished steel accents. Its most important fit detail is easy to miss on a spec sheet: the published 41.5 mm lug-to-lug excludes the bracelet’s fixed first link, which Monochrome estimates brings the effective span to about 48 mm.
What is the Louis Erard 2340?
Introduced in 2025, the 2340 is Louis Erard’s first watch with an integrated bracelet. Its name refers to the postal code of Le Noirmont, Switzerland, where the brand is based. The brand presents it as a core collection, not a limited-edition launch. Josawa’s October 2025 launch announcement and the official collection index provide the brand and distributor context.
The 2340 gives Louis Erard a recognizable sports-watch shape without abandoning the brand’s emphasis on dial detail. The cushion case flows into a five-link bracelet, while contrasting finishes and textured dials make the watch less anonymous than a simple steel integrated-bracelet design.
How is the case and bracelet constructed?
The case measures 40 mm across and is 8.95 mm thick. Its brushed middle is titanium; the bezel, lugs, crown and caseback are polished steel. The five-link integrated bracelet continues the two-tone construction, with brushed titanium outer links and polished steel center links. It tapers toward a spring-blade butterfly clasp. These specifications are reported by WatchTime and Monochrome.

- Total Bronze: This timepiece features an exceptional bronze case, buckle, and crown—all solid bronze. Natural oxidation due to environmental factors means stains and patina changes are expected upon receipt and over time, which is normal
- Material: CUSN8 bronze case crown buckle, total bronze watch, synthetic sapphire crystal, genuine suede leather band
- Movement: Japan NH35A automatic movement, 24 jewels, 41 hours of energy storage
- Luminous: Swiss Super bright luminous backlight, excellent night brightness
- Waterproof: Water resistance up to 20 ATM / 200 meters / 656 feet
The material mix is a defining part of the design rather than a minor trim choice: titanium forms the brushed central surfaces, while polished steel provides the brighter accents. The result is a deliberate contrast in both material and finish across the case and bracelet.
How big does the Louis Erard 2340 wear?
Do not compare its stated lug-to-lug measurement directly with a conventional watch without accounting for the bracelet end link. Louis Erard’s published 41.5 mm figure, as reported by Monochrome, excludes the first fixed link. Monochrome estimates the span including that link at approximately 48 mm. That reviewer estimate is the more useful reference for judging how far the watch may extend across a wrist; the actual feel will still depend on wrist shape and fit.
At 8.95 mm thick, the case is slim on paper for this style. That dimension does not erase the effective span created by the fixed end link, so readers comparing fit should consider both thickness and the full bracelet-end footprint rather than relying on the case diameter alone.
What movement is inside?
The 2340 uses an automatic Sellita SW300-1 movement and is specified with a 56-hour power reserve. The movement and reserve are listed in the 2025 Japanese distributor announcement and the WatchTime collection introduction.
What are the dial options?
The 2025 launch offered Mint, Slate and Blue. The Mint dial has a raised oblong, pill-like texture; Slate and Blue use horizontal striping inspired by the bracelet’s center links. In 2026, Mauve and Forest joined the range: the Japanese-market announcement describes Mauve with a pill pattern and Forest with a linear texture. The official Louis Erard collection index listed seven 2340 models when checked on October 8, 2026; dial availability can vary by market.
For the 2026 additions, AJHH quoted CEO and art director Manuel Emch describing the unchanged case-and-bracelet structure and the distinct dial characters: “2340の本質は、その構造にあります。

Louis Erard and its Japanese distributor specify 50 m / 5 bar water resistance. Monochrome considers that rating less than ideal for a sports watch; that is the reviewer’s assessment, not a universal standard for what a sports watch must offer.
Monochrome also notes that the bracelet has neither a quick-release system nor micro-adjustment. That matters if you regularly change bracelets or need fine clasp adjustment as wrist size shifts. The reviewed sources do not establish compatibility with an alternative strap, so check with Louis Erard or an authorized retailer before assuming one will fit.

How much does the Louis Erard 2340 cost?
Published launch prices are regional and date-specific, not a current universal price list. Monochrome reported CHF 2,990 for the three initial references in October 2025. Josawa listed ¥759,000 for each initial dial reference in its October 2025 Japanese-market announcement. AJHH reported a tax-included Japanese price of ¥825,000 for Mauve and Forest when those additions were announced in June 2026.
These figures describe separate launch contexts and should not be treated as directly comparable current offers. Check Louis Erard or an authorized local retailer for present pricing, availability and the dial versions offered in your market.
What should you compare before choosing an integrated-bracelet watch?
The 2340’s headline dimensions tell only part of the fit and ownership story. When comparing it with another integrated-bracelet watch, check:
- Wrist span: include any fixed end link, not just the published lug-to-lug figure.
- Thickness: compare the full case height, especially if you prefer a low-profile watch.
- Water resistance: consider whether the rating suits your intended use.
- Bracelet adjustment: look for micro-adjustment and quick-release only if those features matter to your routine.
- Movement and reserve: compare the movement type and stated power reserve.
- Dial and materials: weigh the texture, color, and material contrast against your preference for a quieter or more distinctive design.
- Local price and availability: use current listings for your region rather than launch prices from another market.
The available sources do not provide a matched specification set for named competitors, so they do not support a claim that the 2340 is better or worse than a particular rival on overall value or performance.
