The Zenith Chronomaster Original Triple Calendar adds an 18-carat rose-gold case and black dial to the compact calendar chronograph introduced in steel in 2024. Reference 18.3400.3610/21.C911 combines day, date, month and moon-phase displays with an El Primero chronograph that measures tenths of a second.
What changes with the rose-gold version?
Zenith announced the rose-gold model on April 24, 2025, as a precious-metal addition to the Chronomaster Original Triple Calendar line. Its black dial sets off rose-gold-colored counters, while rose-gold-plated faceted hands and markers treated with Super-LumiNova SLN C1 carry the contrast across the dial. A black calfskin strap and 18-carat rose-gold folding clasp complete the pairing. Zenith’s launch release identifies the reference as 18.3400.3610/21.C911.
How large is the case?
The case measures 38 mm across, 14 mm thick and 46 mm from lug to lug. Zenith specifies 5 ATM water resistance. The 38 mm diameter follows the compact proportions of the steel Chronomaster Original Triple Calendar and draws on the round case of the 1969 A386. The 14 mm thickness is worth considering alongside the diameter if a watch’s height under a cuff matters to you.
Where are the calendar and moon-phase displays?
The complete calendar presents the day, date and month; it is not a perpetual calendar. On the dial, day and month apertures sit above the counters at 11 and 2 o’clock, and the date appears at 4:30. The moon phase is integrated into the chronograph minute register at 6 o’clock.

That arrangement puts several kinds of information into a relatively compact dial. It suits someone who wants calendar and lunar displays alongside a chronograph, but makes for a busier face than a simpler two- or three-register chronograph.
How does the 1/10-second chronograph work?
The automatic El Primero 3610 runs at 36,000 vibrations per hour (5 Hz) and has a stated power reserve of 60 hours. Zenith says the central chronograph seconds hand completes one full revolution every 10 seconds; the chapter ring divides that revolution into tenths of a second. The movement is visible through the sapphire display back, including its blue column wheel and open star rotor.

What does the design borrow from Zenith’s history?
Zenith says the triple-calendar and moon-phase functions were envisaged for the El Primero from the beginning, and that 25 prototypes using the A386 round case were made as early as 1970. The steel Chronomaster Original Triple Calendar reintroduced those functions in 2024 in a 38 mm case inspired by the 1969 A386; the rose-gold model extends that design with a different case metal and a high-contrast black dial. This history is Zenith’s account of the model’s development. Zenith’s regional product page lists the rose-gold reference.
