Its distinctive case shape, concealed bracelet construction and spread of time-only and perpetual-calendar references set it apart; the key buying questions are which version fits your needs, what the official prices cover, and whether the bracelet can be sized to your wrist.
What makes the Masterlink distinctive?
Gerald Charles describes Masterlink as its first asymmetrical integrated-bracelet collection. The Maison says the design adapts the asymmetrical case associated with its Maestro watches—including the recognizable curve or “smile” at six o’clock—to an integrated bracelet. The collection was unveiled at Watches & Wonders 2024. Gerald Charles’ 2024 launch material traces the idea to a 2007 integrated-bracelet watch Gérald Charles Genta designed as an exclusive piece for the royal family of Sarawak, a Malaysian state; that lineage is the Maison’s account of the design’s origin.

The bracelet is described by the maker as proprietary and developed in-house, with concealed links and a concealed butterfly clasp. Those details make the bracelet part of the watch’s design rather than a standard strap or interchangeable generic bracelet. Gerald Charles’ descriptions of comfort are manufacturer positioning, not an independent wear assessment.
Which Masterlink versions are listed?
The official collection page lists time-only steel versions, a boutique-exclusive edition, gem-set variants and two Perpetual Calendar models. The table reflects the prices displayed on Gerald Charles’ US-facing pages checked in 2026; prices, stock and regional terms can change.

How to compare Masterlink Silver and Blue
The official listing gives both time-only steel references the same displayed US price: $27,400. The clear listed distinction is dial color—Silver (ML1.0-A-18) versus Blue (ML1.0-A-01). Choose between them based on the dial you prefer, but compare the exact product page and confirm any specification differences before ordering; the available information does not establish that every measurement or component is identical.

The Blue product page mentions a micro-link adjustment. For the Silver, Boutique Edition or another reference, confirm the adjustment options for that exact watch rather than assuming the Blue page’s detail applies across the range.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. How does the Masterlink bracelet fit?
For the Boutique Edition, Gerald Charles lists wrist sizing from 13 to 19 cm and says a micro-link is available for finer adjustment. That is useful information, but it does not establish how the watch will feel on a particular wrist. Have an authorized retailer confirm the sizing range and available fine adjustment for the exact reference, and ask who can size or service the proprietary bracelet.
- Measure your wrist circumference and share the measurement with the retailer.
- Ask whether the specific reference includes a micro-link or another adjustment option.
- Confirm whether sizing can be completed before delivery and how future adjustment or bracelet service is handled.
Where can you buy a Gerald Charles Masterlink?
Start with the brand’s official collection page and its retailer or information-request options to locate an authorized seller. The Boutique Edition is described as exclusive to Gerald Charles boutiques in Nagoya and Geneva, but that does not confirm current stock. Contact the brand or boutique directly to verify availability, the local price, taxes and purchase arrangements. The cited official information does not establish current inventory at third-party marketplaces.
