Tell the company which model and case size you want, review its availability update and written proposal, and—if you accept—pay the stated 50% deposit within 30 days to complete the allocation. Prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) and exclude VAT; worldwide shipping is included, but destination taxes and currency-exchange fees can add to the cost.
How to request a Berneron allocation
- Choose the model and case size. Berneron asks prospective buyers to specify both in an inquiry through its contact page. The page lists [email protected].
- Wait for an availability update and proposal. Berneron says it will respond with availability information and a proposal tailored to the request. Its published page does not describe a fixed public queue or guarantee a delivery date, so ask for the proposed delivery period in writing.
- Review the proposal before paying. Check the exact watch configuration, delivery estimate, price and payment terms. If you accept the allocation, Berneron’s page says a 50% down payment is due within 30 days to complete the process.
Berneron says it limits annual production to 24–36 pieces per model, depending on the reference, and targets approximately 600 pieces in total annual production by 2035. These are the company’s stated production policy and plan, not a promise that a particular inquiry will receive an allocation.

Berneron prices and what they include
Berneron’s FAQ, marked last updated September 2026, says its displayed prices are in CHF and exclude VAT. Worldwide shipping is included, but buyers are responsible for currency-exchange fees and taxes imposed by the destination country on delivery. The examples below are brand-published prices for the stated delivery periods, not all-in landed prices.

The Quantième Annuel examples are presented by Berneron as delivery-year pricing; the cited FAQ does not state VAT treatment separately for each of those figures, while it does explicitly state that displayed prices exclude VAT. The FAQ says prices may change by delivery year and may respond to precious-material costs. It also says the price is held once the allocation is secured with a deposit. Have the proposal identify the delivery year and confirm the applicable amount and tax treatment.

Availability depends on the model and current proposal
Berneron’s collections page lists Mirage and Quantième and shows Fiasco with a September 2027 date. That dated brand listing does not, by itself, establish that a watch can be ordered now or specify a buyer’s delivery date. Request current availability and timing directly rather than treating a displayed date as an order confirmation.
The company says its production per model is limited and varies by reference. That context helps explain why the direct inquiry process matters, but it does not establish how long a particular buyer will wait or whether a specific configuration is available.

What to verify before sending a deposit
- Configuration: model, case size, dial or material, reference and series should match what you requested.
- Availability and delivery: get the current status and proposed delivery period in writing.
- Price basis: confirm the CHF amount, delivery year, VAT treatment and whether the price is secured when the deposit is paid.
- Landed cost: check destination taxes and duties with the relevant local authority or carrier. Included worldwide shipping does not mean import taxes are included.
- Payment terms: confirm the deposit amount, 30-day deadline and payment instructions in the proposal before transferring funds.
- After-sales arrangements: ask what warranty duration and coverage apply to the specific watch, and clarify service logistics. Berneron’s FAQ does not establish full warranty duration or exclusions.
Berneron describes worldwide shipments as insured, secured and armored door-to-door, and says it uses Ferrari Expeditions SA. Treat this as the maker’s description of its arrangement; confirm the delivery details for your destination with the company.

Buying an existing Berneron watch
The official materials establish a direct allocation route and brand-published prices for specified models and delivery years. They do not establish a verified authorized third-party retailer list, current secondary-market transaction prices or a Berneron-backed resale authentication program. A seller’s asking price should not be treated as evidence of market value.

Berneron says its archive lists watches produced each year since the company was founded in September 2022. Its FAQ explains that the caseback number identifies the piece: a letter denotes the series or generation, and an incremental number identifies the individual watch within that series. The online ledger shows the year each piece was assembled. For a pre-owned watch, compare the reference and caseback number with the official archive and request supporting records from the seller. An archive match is a useful cross-check, not a substitute for assessing condition, ownership documentation or service history.

- Compare the watch’s reference and individual number with the archive entry.
- Inspect condition and confirm that the watch matches the described configuration.
- Evaluate the seller and transaction independently; the official materials do not establish a resale authentication service.
Service and repairs
Berneron describes two after-sales options. Under certain conditions, it can send components for maintenance and regulation by a collector’s trusted local watchmaker. For repairs or ten-year maintenance, the watch is sent to the company’s workshop in Switzerland; the FAQ says warranty returns are free. For case-specific arrangements, Berneron lists [email protected] for its After Sales team. Ask the company to confirm the warranty term, coverage and shipping logistics for the watch you are considering.
