Read the calendar as a set of indications rather than assuming a particular subdial arrangement from another Vacheron Constantin perpetual calendar. The product page identifies these functions for 4300V/220G-H151:
- Day and month: shown by hands.
- Date: part of the perpetual calendar display.
- Leap-year cycle: shown by a 48-month counter; use the markings on your specific watch to interpret the indicated cycle.
- Moon phase: a separate display whose position and corrector should be identified from the exact model’s documentation.
The manufacturer describes the perpetual-calendar function as displaying calendar information through the leap-year cycle. Its general guide says the complication displays the weekday, date, month and leap-year cycle; that wording is from the guide, not confirmation that its pictured dial layout matches this Overseas model.
If the watch has stopped: choose the safer route

Why the exact corrector instructions matter

Setting the moon phase
The general guide advances the moon-phase indication with a corrector and describes calculating the number of days elapsed since the last new moon. Its procedure depends on the corrector layout and safety restrictions shown in that guide; those details are not verified for the Overseas 4300V/220G-H151. Confirm the exact model’s guide before attempting this adjustment.
