Citizen Attesa Eco-Drive watches do not all use the same setting procedure. Find the movement number on the case back and use the matching Citizen manual. The steps below apply only to movements H800 and H804.
Find your Attesa movement number first
Look at the case-back number. Citizen identifies the movement number as the first four characters of the case number stamped there. Enter that movement number or your watch’s product number in Citizen’s manual finder to locate the correct instructions. Citizen also explains how to find the movement number.

Do not rely on “Attesa” or “Eco-Drive” alone to choose a procedure: Citizen provides separate guides for different movements, including H800/H804 and F950.

Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitchesFind Drivers →Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsFix Now →Set the time on an H800 or H804
Use these steps only if the movement number on your watch is H800 or H804. Citizen’s H80* guide covers both movements.

For other Attesa movements
Follow the manual for the movement number on your case back rather than adapting the H800/H804 sequence. For example, Citizen publishes a separate F950 instruction manual; the H800/H804 steps above should not be assumed to apply to F950. Use the movement or product number in Citizen’s manual finder to select your guide.
