Pair your COROS PACE watch in the COROS app using Profile > Add New Device, then choose the activity mode and edit its data pages at Profile > [your watch] > Activity Settings > [activity] > Activity Data Pages. The available screens and metrics vary by watch model and activity, so check the options shown for your device.
Before you pair the watch
Install the COROS app and sign in or create an account. On the PACE 4, hold the lower Back/Lap button for 2–3 seconds to turn the watch on, then choose a language. Button behavior and setup details can differ by generation; see the PACE 4 user manual for that model.

How to pair a COROS PACE watch
- Open the COROS app and tap Profile.
- Tap Add New Device.
- Scan the QR code displayed on the watch. If scanning is unavailable, use the app’s manual Bluetooth pairing option.
- Follow the app prompts to complete setup. Depending on the model, these can include wearing hand, button layout, notifications, and user settings. You can adjust settings later from the Profile page.
The PACE 4 and PACE 2 guides document QR-code pairing, with Bluetooth pairing as an alternative. For model-specific steps, consult the PACE 4 user manual or PACE 2 user manual.
Get a reliable GPS signal before recording outdoors
Before starting an outdoor activity, wait for the watch to acquire GPS. COROS’s PACE 4 setup guidance recommends waiting until the satellite-signal bars are full; check that the watch is also measuring heart rate. This is a PACE 4-specific instruction, so indicators may differ on other generations.

How to customize COROS PACE data screens
- In the app, tap Profile, select your watch, and open Activity Settings.
- Choose the activity mode you want to change, then open Activity Data Pages. Settings are organized by activity mode, so a change to one mode does not automatically configure every other mode.
- Highlight a page and tap Edit. Select a data field and choose a replacement from the available metrics.
- Tap Change layout to adjust the number or arrangement of fields. More fields fit on a page, but each field appears smaller.
- Use Move Up or Move Down to reorder pages. Tap the trash icon to delete a page or the plus button to add one. COROS’s general guide allows up to six pages.
- On supported models, you can include a full-screen map or navigation page. Tap Save in the upper-right corner; COROS says the saved changes sync to the watch.
Menu labels or available controls can vary with the app version and watch model. COROS also says pages can be customized during an activity. See its data-page customization guide for the general app workflow.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone.Choose pages that fit the activity
Prioritize the measurements you need to glance at most often, and keep the layout readable while moving. For a road run, for example, elapsed time, distance, current pace, and heart rate may be useful together. For a trail activity, you may prefer elevation-related information. These are planning examples, not a guarantee that every listed metric is available on every PACE model or activity.

- Readability: A page with fewer fields makes each value larger and easier to glance at.
- Navigation: Add a map or navigation page only if your model supports it and you need it for that activity.
The metrics and features offered can differ by device and activity mode. Check the available fields in the app rather than assuming an option appears on every watch; COROS describes those differences in its data-page customization guide and guide to available watch data.
