Stop the running timer

Clear the stopped reading only if you no longer need it
After stopping the timer, use the left SET LAP RESET control to reset the reading. Resetting clears the recorded time. If you are timing a race as a backup and may need to provide a manual result, keep the reading instead: the handbook cautions against resetting when automated timing has a problem and a manual time may still be required. Does the ZSD-808 have a power-off command?
The available material does not document a dedicated power-off button or sequence for the ZSD-808. Do not guess at a button combination.
