Find the app in the list. If needed, use the list or dropdown to locate it, then turn off its switch.

Samsung also documents an on-watch route: open Settings > Notifications > App notifications, select the app, and turn off Allow notifications. The exact label can differ by model. Either route disables that app’s watch notifications; it does not preserve the notifications while removing only vibration. Samsung’s notification instructions note that menus and settings may vary by provider, phone, and watch model.
Can you keep an app’s notifications but stop only its vibration?
Samsung’s reviewed instructions do not establish a per-app vibration-only control. The app-level setting is for notifications, while the documented vibration options are broader watch settings. If you need to keep seeing that app’s notifications on the watch, the official guidance does not describe a way to silence only that app’s vibration.

Other vibration and quiet-mode options
Adjust vibration across the watch
For general changes, open Sounds and vibration on the watch, or in Galaxy Wearable go to Watch settings > Sounds and vibration. Samsung documents options such as vibration adjustment, notification vibration patterns, and system vibration. These affect broader watch behavior rather than targeting one app. See Samsung’s sounds and vibration instructions.
Mute alerts temporarily with Do not disturb
Do not disturb is a watch-wide option: Samsung says it mutes calls, notifications, and other alerts. Use it for a quiet period, not to silence a single app while leaving other alerts unaffected. Samsung’s UK guide to Do not disturb was updated 21 May 2026.
