What changed from the leaks?
Several pre-launch reports described specifications that did not match the final product listing. The most important correction concerns the battery: early coverage often cited 7,000mAh, while iQOO’s official page lists an equivalent 6,800mAh dual-cell battery.
The camera setup was also narrowed in the final specifications. Some reports suggested two 50MP rear cameras, but the official configuration is a 50MP main camera plus an 8MP ultrawide camera. The final first-party specification should take precedence over those earlier reports.
Gaming hardware and performance claims
The Neo 10 Pro+ was positioned as a gaming-focused performance phone. Its Snapdragon 8 Elite processor works with iQOO’s self-developed Q2 gaming chip, while the 144Hz display is intended to support high-refresh-rate gaming.
iQOO promoted native-level 144fps frame generation, PC-grade 2K texture super-resolution and the ability to combine 2K resolution with 144fps frame generation. The phone also uses a 7K vapor-chamber cooling system. iQOO claimed that its cooling efficiency improved by 15 percent.
Those are manufacturer claims, not independent laboratory results. Promotional coverage also cited an AnTuTu score of 3,311,557; that figure can vary with software, temperature, test conditions and performance modes, so it should not be treated as a universal result.

The Super Pixel edition and BMW M Motorsport styling
The Super Pixel version uses a prism-pixel design developed with BMW M Motorsport, according to iQOO. The company said the finish changes visually as the phone is rotated and draws on pixel-game culture.
This describes a design and branding partnership. It does not mean BMW developed the phone’s processor, camera system or other hardware.

The event established that these products formed part of the same China launch lineup. However, authoritative evidence for their complete specifications, exact launch prices and current purchase pages was not sufficiently established here. It is better to leave those details open than to present unverified figures as fact.
Was the Neo 10 Pro+ announced for the United States?
No. The confirmed launch was in China, and the available reporting did not establish a U.S., India, European or general global release. There was also no confirmed international price, local warranty arrangement, carrier certification or Google Play availability for overseas buyers in the available evidence.
The official product page is hosted on vivo’s Chinese site, which is consistent with a China-market model. International availability should not be inferred from the China launch or from the phone’s Chinese recommended price.

What import buyers should check
A China-market Neo 10 Pro+ can be attractive for buyers who prioritize gaming hardware, a high-resolution display, a large battery and fast charging. It is a much riskier purchase for anyone who needs a fully supported local Android experience.

- Verify the exact model number and LTE/5G bands for your carrier.
- Confirm whether Google Mobile Services and Google Play are available or installable on that specific model.
- Check compatibility with Android Auto, banking apps, push notifications and other region-sensitive services.
- Review the bootloader policy and any region restrictions.
- Confirm warranty coverage, repair options and the seller’s return policy.
- Check the charger plug and electrical compatibility in your country.
- Make sure the seller is offering a genuine retail model rather than a flashed or modified import.
OriginOS 5 may include Chinese services, regional features and different default applications. Network compatibility and software behavior can also vary by model and region. A lower converted price therefore does not automatically mean a lower total cost of ownership.
Who should consider it?
The Neo 10 Pro+ makes the most sense as an imported China-market performance phone for enthusiasts comfortable checking software and network compatibility. Its strongest paper specifications are the Snapdragon 8 Elite platform, 2K 144Hz AMOLED display, 120W charging, equivalent 6,800mAh battery, up to 1TB storage and gaming-focused cooling.
Buyers in the United States or other markets who require guaranteed Google services, local warranty support, carrier compatibility, easy repairs or straightforward returns should wait for a locally supported alternative rather than treating the Chinese launch as a global release.
