What is the warranty on a KUOE watch?
KUOE’s global shopping guide describes a one-year warranty for manufacturer defects, including movement manufacturing defects. It excludes accidental damage—such as water damage, magnetization, drops or impacts—along with external wear or damage and unauthorized repairs or customization. Can you return a KUOE watch?
For direct purchases through its global store, KUOE describes a 30-day return window for items that are completely unused and in new condition. Worn or buckled watches or bands are not returnable. The buyer must contact KUOE and ship the item back within the stated period, and pays return shipping.

Where can you buy KUOE watches?
KUOE lists three brand stores—two in Kyoto and one in Tokyo—and official retailers in several countries, including Windup Watch Shop and Long Island Watch in the United States.
