The Rochelaise is Le Forban Sécurité Mer’s vintage-inspired automatic model. Le Forban publishes a 150 m water-resistance rating and says the Rochelaise is suitable for water sports and diving to 50 m. If your intended use depends on a formal certification or a particular operating depth, ask the brand for the documentation that applies to the specific watch.

A replacement should match the 20 mm lug width and attach correctly to the watch; confirm the attachment details before buying a third-party 20 mm watch strap.
Case size and fit: confirm the conflicting measurements
The 39 mm diameter is consistent in the manufacturer’s specifications, but the listed length and thickness are not: the page gives 45 mm and 46 mm for lug-to-lug, and three thickness presentations—9.65 mm without the crystal, 11 mm including it, and 11.40 mm elsewhere.
