If you love the TAG Heuer Formula 1 Kith watches but wish they weren’t limited editions, the key point is that TAG Heuer and Kith presented them as a limited-edition collection of ten models in 2024. That confirms the collection’s launch status—not how many watches were made, what remains available now, or whether those exact designs will return in regular production.
What does “limited edition” mean for the Formula 1 Kith collaboration?
TAG Heuer described the 2024 collaboration as ten limited-edition models, and Kith also called its co-branded Formula 1 watches limited edition. The ten refers to the number of models, not the total number of watches produced. The cited launch materials do not give an allocation for each reference, so the label alone cannot tell you how many examples of a particular design were made.
TAG Heuer’s official magazine listed references including WA126B.BT0006, WA121L.BT0014, WA121J.BT0012, WA121P.BA0023, and WA121N.BA0023. Its May 1, 2024 article calls the ten-model collection limited edition. Kith’s Europe collection page likewise describes the watches as limited edition.
Is the collaboration still available, or could it become regular production?
The launch record is not a current stock report. TAG Heuer announced that the release began at select locations on May 3, 2024, then expanded to select TAG Heuer boutiques and Kith shops on May 6; the Kith.com launch was by drawing. Those dates and channels describe the original release, not what a retailer has in stock today. The announcement is on TAG Heuer’s LinkedIn page.

The available sources do not establish current inventory or a later non-limited production run of the same Kith designs. If you are looking for one now, check directly with TAG Heuer or Kith for any remaining new stock, and assess any resale listing on its own merits. Confirm the exact reference, seller, condition, location, and whether the watch is new or pre-owned; the launch announcement cannot verify a present-day listing.

TAG Heuer framed the collaboration as a revival of the Formula 1 Series 1, which the brand dates to 1986 and describes as the first watch to bear the TAG Heuer name. Its official magazine says the original Series 1 produced over three million pieces. That historical figure belongs to the original line—not to the 2024 Kith collaboration—and does not show that the Kith watches were made in similar quantities.

The collaboration’s appeal is therefore a particular combination: a colorful reinterpretation of a historically important Formula 1 design, released as ten limited-edition models. The original line’s much larger reported production does not mean the Kith versions will be replenished or that their designs have moved into standard production.

What to check before pursuing a specific Kith watch
- Match the reference. Use the reference number to distinguish the model you want; the collection includes multiple designs.
- Separate launch status from present availability. A 2024 limited-edition announcement does not confirm current stock or a later reissue.
- Verify the individual offer. For a resale watch, check the seller, condition, location, and what is included before deciding whether it suits you.
