The March LA.B Bonzer Edition Ocarat is a 41 mm automatic sports watch whose defining feature is its hammered Klein blue dial. The Ocarat collaboration is limited to 99 pieces and pairs that expressive surface with a G100 movement, a stated 68-hour power reserve, 100 m water resistance, and both steel and black silicone bracelets. Those specifications make it an interesting surf-inspired daily-wear proposition, but they do not establish it as a dedicated dive watch.
What makes the Ocarat edition different?
This is a numbered collaboration between March LA.B and French retailer Ocarat, which identifies the model as an exclusive listing. Both parties describe the edition as limited to 99 pieces. Its standout detail is the hammered ultramarine-blue dial: March LA.B identifies the shade by reference to Pantone 2736 C. The textured finish gives the watch a more distinctive, taste-specific look than a conventional black or blue sunray dial.
The Bonzer collection takes its inspiration from surfing. That context helps explain the watch’s sporty styling, but the blue dial and surf theme are aesthetic choices, not evidence of a particular water-sport capability.
Case size, materials, and wearability
March LA.B lists a round 316L stainless-steel case measuring 41 mm in diameter and 12.5 mm thick. The Watch Observer reports a 20 mm lug width and places the screw-down crown at 4 o’clock. These published dimensions give a useful starting point for judging scale, but case diameter alone cannot predict how a watch will sit on an individual wrist.

The black ceramic rotating bezel, anti-reflective sapphire crystal, and blue exhibition caseback complete the listed construction. March LA.B says its watches are designed and assembled in France and that the movement is assembled in France. The manufacturer supplies the watch with a steel bracelet and a black silicone bracelet, giving the owner two contrasting looks without needing to source a separate band immediately.
Movement and power reserve
The watch uses the automatic Franco-Swiss G100 movement. March LA.B states a power reserve of 68 hours. That is the manufacturer’s specification; the available product information does not establish independent timing or reserve test results for this particular watch.

Water resistance: 100 m is not a dive-watch verdict
March LA.B rates the Bonzer Edition Ocarat to 10 ATM / 100 m and lists a screw-down crown. Les Rhabilleurs describes the Bonzer as surf-inspired but cautions that it is not really a dive watch despite its rotating bezel and 100 m rating. The rating is a published specification; it should not be treated as proof of suitability for scuba diving or freediving. Follow the manufacturer’s guidance for actual water use rather than inferring an activity rating from the number alone.

Bracelets and replacement-strap fit
The supplied steel and black silicone bracelets let the watch shift between a more metallic look and a sportier one. The reported 20 mm lug width can help when researching alternatives, but it does not by itself confirm that any generic 20 mm strap will fit: verify the attachment dimensions and the model’s quick-change arrangement before buying a replacement.
Price, availability, and edition status
The Watch Observer reported a launch-era public price of €1,995. That historical figure is not a verified current price. Current price, regional taxes or duties, remaining stock, and any live offer should be checked with Ocarat or March LA.B; the 99-piece edition limit does not establish how many watches remain unsold.

The Bonzer Edition Ocarat is most compelling for someone who wants a compactly sized, conventional-mechanics sports watch with an unusually vivid, textured dial and two bracelet options in the box. Its 41 mm steel case, automatic G100 caliber, stated 68-hour reserve, ceramic bezel, and sapphire crystal form a coherent specification; the 99-piece edition and Ocarat collaboration add a clear identity. The trade-off is that the visual centerpiece will not suit every taste, and the published 100 m rating should not be mistaken for dive-watch certification or guidance.
