What is the Montblanc Iced Sea 0 Oxygen 38mm?
It is a smaller-case version of Montblanc’s Iced Sea Automatic Date, an automatic time-and-date watch in a 38 mm stainless-steel case. The 0 Oxygen name refers to Montblanc’s oxygen-free case construction, as described on the manufacturer’s product pages. Four references are documented: MB134022, MB134023, MB134024 and MB134025.
The light-blue dial’s glacier pattern is inspired by the Mer de Glace, and Montblanc says it uses a gratté-boisé technique to create the dial texture. Day & Night Magazine’s April 25, 2025 launch report described four new 38 mm models with white and light-blue dials and highlighted the same finish. That report also said Montblanc would integrate 0 Oxygen technology into all new Iced Sea models starting in April 2025; current model specifications are best checked against the individual Montblanc listings.
Which 38mm colors and configurations are available?
The documented choices are dial color, bezel insert and supplied bracelet or strap. The reference numbers distinguish the four combinations:

These are prices displayed on Montblanc’s US pages when accessed in 2026, not guaranteed or universal prices. Regional pricing, current inventory and boutique availability may differ. The white rubber-strap listing showed sold out online at the time it was checked; that does not establish boutique stock.
How much is the 38mm Montblanc Iced Sea?
Montblanc’s US listings showed $4,300 for either rubber-strap reference and $4,500 for either steel-bracelet reference. The $200 difference is the displayed configuration price difference, not an assessment of the bracelet’s value. Check the live product listing and local retailer for current pricing and availability.

What are the specifications?
- Case: 38 mm stainless steel. Montblanc’s MB134025 listing gives the white rubber-strap version a 12.3 mm case height; this is a manufacturer specification, not an independent measurement.
- Movement and display: Automatic movement with time and date.
- Bezel: Unidirectional rotating bezel; the insert is blue anodized aluminum on the light-blue references and white ceramic on the white references.
- Strap or bracelet: Interchangeable rubber straps or steel bracelets, with fine adjustment described by Montblanc.
- Water resistance: 300 m, according to Montblanc’s current product pages.
Is the Montblanc Iced Sea 0 Oxygen a dive watch?
Montblanc says the timepiece conforms to ISO 6425 for scuba diving and specifies 300 m water resistance. Those are the manufacturer’s stated claims; the available information does not independently verify performance or include an inspected certification document. Buyers should consult Montblanc for the documentation and care guidance relevant to their watch.

- Choose by dial and bezel: The white versions pair a white dial with a white ceramic insert; the light-blue versions use a glacier-pattern light-blue dial and blue anodized aluminum insert.
- Choose by supplied fit: Two references come on rubber straps and two on steel bracelets. The straps and bracelets are described as interchangeable, but check compatibility and availability for any replacement before buying.
- Match the reference number: MB134023 is light blue on rubber, MB134022 light blue on steel, MB134025 white on rubber and MB134024 white on steel.
The published specifications establish these configuration differences, but do not establish comparative comfort, accuracy, finishing quality or value from hands-on testing.
