“Omega introduces the SMP 300 in green” does not identify one specific watch. The name can refer to a green ceramic-dial Seamaster Diver 300M, reference 210.30.42.20.10.001, or to OMEGA’s distinct 2024 titanium-and-Bronze-Gold edition with a green aluminium dial. Their materials and movements differ, so the reference matters before calling either one the watch in the headline.
Which green Omega SMP 300 does the headline mean?
There are at least two materially different green Seamaster Diver 300M watches in the available sources. The headline gives no reference, date or image to distinguish them. The ceramic model is identified by Cortina Watch as reference 210.30.42.20.10.001; OMEGA’s dated announcement describes a separate titanium-and-Bronze-Gold model introduced on 5 December 2024.
That makes “introduces” ambiguous: the official 2024 announcement supports a dated introduction for the titanium-and-Bronze-Gold watch, but the retailer page does not establish when the ceramic reference first launched. Without the original article or image, it would be misleading to assign the headline to just one edition.

The differences are concrete rather than cosmetic: the sources describe different dial materials and movements, and only the 2024 release specifies the titanium case and strap choices. What OMEGA says about the 2024 model’s movement
For the 2024 titanium-and-Bronze-Gold edition specifically, OMEGA says: “Inside the watch, and visible through the caseback’s sapphire crystal, the Co-Axial Master Chronometer Calibre 8806 guarantees the Swiss industry’s high standard of precision, performance, and magnetic resistance, as certified by the Swiss Federal Institute of Metrology (METAS).” That statement applies to this 2024 model; it should not be carried over to the ceramic reference, which Cortina Watch lists with calibre 8800. Is the green model a new 2026 Seamaster?
Not on the evidence of OMEGA’s later 2026 announcement. On 6 March 2026, the company announced a separate Milano Cortina 2026 Paralympic Diver 300M in white ceramic and Grade 5 titanium. It is a different special edition, not the green watch described above; its existence shows that the Diver 300M line has continued to receive distinct editions, but does not establish a new green launch. What is not established about the green ceramic reference
Cortina Watch identifies reference 210.30.42.20.10.001 and calibre 8800, but that retailer information is not an original OMEGA launch notice. It therefore does not establish the reference’s initial release date. The cited sources also do not establish a current regional price or stock position. Buyers should check the exact reference and a current local listing rather than assume availability or price from the headline.
