OMEGA’s six-watch Seamaster Diver 300M James Bond & SPECTRE collection puts the two identities in one release: three Bond-themed watches and three SPECTRE-themed watches. The two stainless-steel models are sold individually; the platinum-gold versions are available only as pairs in limited sets. OMEGA presents the pairing as a meeting of duty and independence—not as a technical contest between the watches.
What is the new OMEGA Bond and SPECTRE Seamaster?
Announced by Swatch Group Japan on October 6, 2026, the collection comprises six 42 mm Seamaster Diver 300M watches: three themed around James Bond and three around SPECTRE. It includes two individually sold stainless-steel models and two limited two-watch sets. Each set pairs a steel watch with a platinum-gold version; the platinum-gold watches are not sold individually.
OMEGA’s concept is that Bond and SPECTRE represent contrasting qualities that can coexist: duty, discipline and loyalty on one side, independence and self-directed purpose on the other. That is the brand’s framing for the collection, rather than a claim that the watches have opposing technical abilities.
How do the Bond and SPECTRE steel watches differ?
The standalone models share their main case and movement specifications, but use different bezel and dial treatments and distinct caseback decorations.

Swatch Group Japan also lists a unidirectional bezel, Naiad Lock caseback and flat sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating on both sides for both steel watches. Calibre 8806 is specified as having 54 jewels, a frequency of 25,200 vibrations per hour (3.5 Hz) and a 55-hour power reserve. Those shared specifications do not establish that either version performs better in use.
What comes in the platinum-gold sets?
Each limited set contains one steel model and its corresponding platinum-gold version. The gold models have ceramic bezel rings with platinum-gold diving scales, plus 18K white-gold dials with PVD color gradients. The Bond dial is blue with a gun-barrel design; the SPECTRE dial is dark gray with an octopus pattern.

Each set is limited to 77 numbered sets, according to Swatch Group Japan. Its special box includes a replacement NATO strap, a strap-change tool and other items. The release does not list the platinum-gold watches as individual purchases.
How much do the new Seamaster Bond and SPECTRE watches cost?
Swatch Group Japan lists each standalone steel model at ¥1,287,000 including tax. That price and the launch timing below apply to the Japanese release, not to other markets.

The release says sales begin at OMEGA boutiques in Japan on October 6, 2026, followed by a rollout to authorized retailers there. It does not establish prices or availability in other countries.

- Choose the Bond steel model if you prefer the blue wave-engraved dial, titanium bezel ring and gun-barrel reference on the rotor.
- Choose the SPECTRE steel model if you prefer the black grained dial, ceramic bezel ring and octopus-marked caseback.
- Consider a limited set if you want both the steel watch and its platinum-gold counterpart; the platinum-gold model is not offered alone.
The product information identifies design and purchase-format differences, not a performance advantage for either theme. OMEGA’s president and CEO Raynald Aeschlimann described the two as “両者は同じ物語の一部であり、両側面を持つと思います。今回の新作で、これからは両方を身につけることができるようになります。” Swatch Group Japan published that wording in Japanese; an official English original or translation was not verified.
