The automatic watch comes in two black-dial treatments: textured black with cream-colored vintage-style numerals, or matte black with white numerals. Praesidus lists both versions for $550 as of October 7, 2026.
How the two Jungle Field Automatic 38 dials differ
The case and reported movement specifications are shared; the main distinction is the dial’s finish and numeral color. Fratello describes the two versions as follows:

The texture-and-cream combination gives the Black Texture version a more aged-looking contrast; the Matte Black version uses a more uniform black-and-white treatment. Those are visual differences, not separate movements or case sizes, according to the launch coverage.
Reported specifications of the 38 mm automatic
Fratello’s January 25, 2026 launch article reports these specifications for the Jungle Field Automatic 38:

These are specifications reported by Fratello Watches for the launch; they are not a hands-on assessment. Fratello also frames the design as inspired by the GG-W-113 specification developed for U.S. military pilots in 1967. That historical connection is the article’s account of the inspiration.
Do not confuse it with the 34 mm Jungle Field models
The Jungle Field Automatic 38 is distinct from the smaller Jungle Field watches listed in Praesidus’s Desert Field collection. The official collection page describes those as 34 mm stainless-steel models with 5 ATM water resistance and a TMI VH31 Mecaquartz movement. They are not smaller case options of the Automatic 38’s Miyota-powered configuration.

Price and strap options
Praesidus’s storefront lists both Jungle Field Automatic 38 dial versions at $550 each as of October 7, 2026; availability and price can change. The brand also lists a Green Canvas Strap for 38 mm watches at $20. Fratello reports that the 38 mm models are offered with brown leather or green military-style canvas straps, but confirm the accessory listing’s compatibility with this exact automatic model before ordering.
