Serica and Peugeot created a one-off dashboard watch for the Peugeot RCZ Vision concept car: a bespoke Glacier Blue version of Serica’s Ref. 1174 Parade. Mounted inside Peugeot’s i-Cockpit, the watch displays its dial as part of the cabin, yet can be removed and worn on the wrist. The exact collaboration piece is not a retail model; no public release has been announced.
What the Serica–Peugeot partnership is
The project brings together Serica, an independent French watchmaker based in Paris, and Peugeot, one of France’s largest industrial names. Their collaboration appears in the Peugeot RCZ Vision, a concept car with dramatic proportions and a sculpted interior intended to preview an expressive design direction rather than serve as a conventional showroom launch.

Time+Tide Watches reported the partnership on 16 October 2026. Its account describes the watch installation as “automotive jewellery”: an object that contributes to the visual identity of the cabin while remaining a functioning wristwatch. The collaboration is notable precisely because a relatively young independent watchmaker is sharing a design project with a major French automotive manufacturer.
Which watch is built into the RCZ Vision?
A bespoke Ref. 1174 Parade
The embedded watch is based on Serica’s Ref. 1174 Parade. For the RCZ Vision, Serica produced an exclusive Glacier Blue dial rather than simply placing a standard configuration in the car. The dial’s radial pattern is the defining visual detail, creating lines that spread across the face and reinforce the concept car’s sculpted, directional interior.

- Read Before You Buy — No Video Output: These adapters support charging and USB 2.0 data transfer, but cannot transmit video signals. Except for standard USB webcams (which use USB data only), they are not compatible with HDMI/DisplayPort cables, video-capable USB-C hubs, or docking stations with video output.
- Convert USB-A Ports to USB-C: Designed to connect USB-C earphones, cables, flash drives, card readers, and other USB-C accessories to standard USB-A ports. Plug-and-play with no drivers or software required.
- Aluminum Alloy Housing: Built with a sturdy aluminum alloy shell that aids in heat dissipation and protects against daily wear and scratches. Designed to maintain a stable and secure connection.
- Compact & Travel-Friendly: The ultra-compact design allows the adapter to stay plugged into your device without blocking adjacent ports or adding bulk, reducing wear and tear on your original USB ports.
- 12-Month Warranty: Backed by a 12-month manufacturer warranty for peace of mind. Designed to meet strict quality control standards for reliable everyday performance.
Glacier Blue coordinated with the bodywork
The Glacier Blue color was developed to complement the RCZ Vision’s metallic-blue exterior. That coordination extends the car’s color language into the instrument area: the watch reads as part of the vehicle’s design rather than as an unrelated accessory. The Parade’s unusual case and brushed front surface remain important to the effect, even though much of the case is hidden by the mounting system.
How the dashboard mounting works
A bespoke module for Peugeot’s i-Cockpit
Serica and Peugeot’s design teams developed a dedicated mounting module for the i-Cockpit dashboard. The module is shaped to conceal most of the watch case while leaving the brushed front surface and the dial exposed to occupants. This treatment lets the timepiece function visually like a dashboard instrument without turning it into a permanently modified gauge.

Is the watch removable?
Yes. The Ref. 1174 Parade can be removed from the dashboard mount and worn on the wrist. Removability is central to the concept: the watch is both an integrated cabin detail and a conventional wearable object. The available reporting does not describe a separate dashboard-only movement, charging system or additional electronic display; the installation is presented as a mechanical watch in a custom holder.

No public sale has been announced for this exact version. Tom Austin, Digital Editor at Time+Tide Watches, summarized the status plainly: “Sadly, this Glacier Blue Parade is a unique creation for the concept, with no public release announced.” It should therefore be treated as a one-off concept collaboration, not as a limited production reference with a published price or order process.

That distinction matters when comparing the project with Serica’s ordinary Ref. 1174 Parade offerings. A standard Parade configuration and the Glacier Blue RCZ Vision piece may share the model family and case design, but the bespoke dial color, dashboard module and automotive presentation belong specifically to the concept creation. Until Serica or Peugeot announces otherwise, there is no established route to purchase the Glacier Blue watch itself.

Design language shared across two objects
The partnership is more than a logo placement. The radial dial, brushed surface and Glacier Blue finish were selected to converse with the RCZ Vision’s metallic paint and sculpted cabin. Hiding most of the case while exposing the face also changes how the Parade is experienced: in the car, the dial is read as a focal point in the cockpit; away from the mount, the same object returns to wristwatch use.

A concept-car format rather than a retail launch
Concept projects allow design teams to test unusual relationships between materials, color and function without committing to series production. Here, the watch mount makes the collaboration tangible, but the one-off status means there are no published production quantities, specifications beyond the reported design features, or retail terms to evaluate. The RCZ Vision and its Glacier Blue Parade should consequently be understood as a singular design statement.
