What is new about the 41mm Carrera Chronograph?
The central change is a larger case option, not a new Glassbox concept. TAG Heuer introduced the three-dimensional, domed sapphire crystal and bezel-free design in 2023; the 41mm release extends that design alongside the 39mm Carrera Chronograph. TAG describes the new size as a contemporary alternative, leaving the choice between them to personal preference and wrist fit. The 41mm dial is date-free and uses a tricompax arrangement: three chronograph counters sit in a tone-on-tone treatment. The result is a different layout from a date-equipped model, with no date window interrupting the dial.

Case diameter alone cannot determine how a watch will wear. If the 39mm and 41mm models are both available to try, compare them on wrist and consider the full case proportions rather than treating the larger size as a universal improvement. TAG’s announcement describes the 41mm as an alternative, not a replacement.

Dimensions, movement, and water resistance
For the green CBS2115.BA0053, TAG Heuer lists a 41mm steel case, 14.17mm thickness, and 47.48mm lug distance on its official US product page. These figures apply to that listed reference; they should not automatically be assumed for every regional listing or configuration.
Power comes from the automatic in-house Calibre TH20-01, with an 80-hour power reserve. TAG identifies a column wheel and vertical clutch and lists chronograph counters among the functions. The listed water resistance for CBS2115.BA0053 is 100m.
