It measures 37 mm across, runs a Seiko Instruments VK63 mecha-quartz chronograph movement, and was offered at a launch price of US$490. Wind Vintage’s product page currently lists it as sold out.
Why is this Rally Timer called “Dreamsicle”?
“Dreamsicle” is the fourth collaboration between Wind Vintage and True North Vintage. Its pale-orange colorway is a personal design story: Wind Vintage founder Eric Wind favored pale orange, while his daughters’ pastel colors also informed the palette. The Deep Track names Adelina and Gemma as part of that design collaboration.

The vintage-racing cues belong to the Rally Timer design, while the soft color gives this edition a distinctly playful character. True North founder Shane Russeck said the fourth collaboration reimagines the Vintage Rally Timer in a new colorway and links its 1,986-piece production run to Eric Wind’s birth year, 1986.
What are the case dimensions and materials?
The case is compact in diameter but relatively thick. Wind Vintage lists a 37 mm diameter, 44 mm lug-to-lug length, 13.8 mm thickness, and 20 mm lug width. The lug-to-lug measurement and thickness are useful alongside diameter when judging fit; the dimensions alone do not establish how it will wear on a particular wrist.

| Specification | Dreamsicle Rally Timer IV |
|---|---|
| Case diameter | 37 mm |
| Lug-to-lug | 44 mm |

| Lug width | 20 mm |
| Case and bracelet | 316L stainless steel |

| Bezel | Sapphire-coated |
| Water resistance | 50 m |
The crystal is sapphire-coated mineral, not a sapphire crystal. The published specification also describes the bezel as sapphire-coated. Wind Vintage states a water resistance of 50 m; that rating is not a substitute for checking the manufacturer’s guidance on appropriate water use.
How does its VK63 chronograph work?
The watch uses a Seiko Instruments VK63 mecha-quartz movement: quartz timekeeping paired with a mechanical chronograph module. Fratello describes the layout as central elapsed seconds, a 60-minute counter at 9 o’clock, running seconds at 6 o’clock, and a 24-hour register at 3 o’clock. Fratello reports an accuracy figure of ±20 seconds per month; that is a published movement figure, not a long-term test of this individual watch.

The combination gives the chronograph a mechanical component for stopwatch operation while the watch’s timekeeping is quartz-regulated. It is not an all-mechanical movement.

Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. Can you fit a different strap?
The listed lug width is 20 mm, which gives a starting point when looking for a replacement strap. The published specifications do not verify which strap shapes, thicknesses, or end styles clear the case and bracelet. Confirm fit and clearance with the seller or strap maker before ordering; a 20 mm width alone does not guarantee compatibility.
