For an authorized watch purchase in Melbourne, start with the brand’s official retailer listings: Rolex names two CBD retailers, while TUDOR, Seiko and Longines list additional Melbourne boutiques and stockists. Most of the named options are in the CBD; TUDOR also lists a retailer at Chadstone. Contact the store with the exact model reference to check availability, hours and price before visiting.

Where to buy a Rolex in Melbourne
Rolex’s official retailer pages identify Watches of Switzerland on Collins Street and Rolex Australia Melbourne on Exhibition Street as Official Rolex Retailers. Rolex says new watches purchased from these retailers are covered by a five-year international guarantee, and its Watches of Switzerland page says the retailer completes the guarantee card. Those listings establish retailer status and location, not the availability of a particular reference.

Choosing between a boutique, multi-brand retailer and suburb
CBD boutiques and retailers
Several of the listed options are close together in central Melbourne: the Rolex retailers, The Hour Glass for TUDOR, and the Longines Boutique are on Collins or Exhibition Street. Seiko Boutique is on Little Collins Street. This makes the CBD a practical starting point if you want to visit more than one brand location, but call ahead to confirm hours and the models you want to see.
Chadstone
If you are looking for TUDOR outside the CBD, Gregory Jewellers at Chadstone Shopping Centre is listed by TUDOR as an official retailer. Confirm its current hours and whether it can show your chosen model before travelling.

- Confirm the current price, opening hours, and whether the store offers delivery, collection, or an online checkout option.
- Ask what warranty or guarantee applies to the exact purchase and request the relevant documentation.
Official listings verify the brand relationships and addresses above, but they do not provide a consistent comparison of prices, live stock, discounts or customer service. TUDOR’s listing for The Hour Glass includes a “Buy online” option; check the retailer’s current terms before ordering.
