The other two remain announced products planned for later release.
That makes MemoMind’s 2026 debut more accurately a brand launch and three-product roadmap than a simultaneous retail launch.

What is MemoMind?
MemoMind is an AI-hardware brand launched and backed by XGIMI, best known for its projectors. The company is targeting everyday eyewear rather than bulky augmented-reality headsets: lightweight glasses that combine microphones, open-ear audio, optional displays and connected AI services.
Recommended Free Tools
The defining choice is that MemoMind’s glasses are camera-free. They are intended to provide voice assistance, notifications, translation, reminders, summaries, transcription and contextual information without taking photos or recording video from the wearer’s point of view. XGIMI introduced the brand at CES 2026; its CES announcement described three product series.

- Smart Chip: The 3D glasses only turn on when it receives DLP-Link’s signal, and it goes to the ready mode when the signal disappears.
It is important to separate a brand or product announcement from availability. MemoMind introduced three models, but it did not put three finished products on sale at the same time.
The three MemoMind models compared
| Model | Display and design | Availability | What is known |
|---|---|---|---|
| MemoMind One | Dual-eye air display with open-ear speakers | Preorder/crowdfunding | Feature-complete launch model; camera-free, voice-controlled and prescription-compatible |
| MemoMind Air Display | Monocular, single-eye display | Announced for a later release | Listed weight of 28.9 grams; designed to look and balance more like ordinary glasses |
| MemoMind Air | Discreet conventional-glasses design | Announced for a later release | Includes a built-in microphone; full specifications and launch details were not established |
MemoMind One
MemoMind One is the first and most capable model in the lineup. It combines a dual-eye air display with integrated open-ear speakers and three microphones, according to MemoMind’s technical material. The glasses are designed for voice-driven interactions such as asking questions, creating notes, receiving reminders, translating speech and getting navigation or contextual guidance.
The CES announcement called this model Memo One. Later MWC and product materials call it MemoMind One. These names refer to the same first product, not two separate models.
MemoMind says One supports interchangeable frame and temple designs and prescription-lens configurations. Prescription support does not necessarily mean every prescription is accepted, however. Buyers should verify the supported sphere, cylinder, axis, pupillary distance, progressive-lens and lens-material ranges before ordering.
MemoMind Air Display
Air Display is the lighter, more minimalist display model. Its monocular display is intended to show essential information without placing a more prominent dual-eye interface across both lenses. MemoMind lists its weight at 28.9 grams and says the frames and temples can be changed.

This model is likely aimed at people who want discreet notifications or heads-up information and care more about conventional eyewear balance than a larger display experience. It has been announced, but the reviewed official material did not establish a confirmed retail date or price.
MemoMind Air
MemoMind Air is the most discreet model. XGIMI’s MWC 2026 announcement described it as a third product focused on minimally visible AI and said it includes a built-in microphone.

MemoMind has not published a complete specification sheet covering Air’s display, audio configuration, battery, price or confirmed retail launch. It should therefore be treated as a future product announcement rather than an available buying option.
Did all three models launch together?
No. The rollout happened in stages:
- January 5, 2026: XGIMI introduced MemoMind at CES and named Memo One, Memo Air Display and a third model still in development.
- March 2, 2026: At MWC, XGIMI identified the third model as MemoMind Air and said Air Display and Air would follow later in 2026.
- April 28, 2026: MemoMind opened global preorders for MemoMind One.
- June 5, 2026: XGIMI promoted reservations and early-bird purchasing for One.
- By August 2026: MemoMind One was being offered through Kickstarter, while Air Display and Air remained future products in the available official material.
The most accurate description is therefore “three announced models, led by one preorder product,” not “three models available now.”
What MemoMind One can do
MemoMind One is positioned between audio glasses, notification-display glasses and camera-equipped AI glasses. It is not a full AR headset and is not designed to project a cinema-sized virtual screen.

- Audio: Integrated open-ear speakers that let the wearer hear assistance while remaining aware of surrounding sound.
- Voice interaction: The glasses can respond to spoken requests and support notes, reminders, summaries, translation and contextual assistance.
- Microphones: MemoMind says One uses three microphones with AI beamforming, noise reduction, wind suppression and echo cancellation.
- Navigation: Android Central reported that navigation required entering a destination in the MemoMind app and supported walking and cycling rather than every possible navigation mode.
- Prescription lenses: The company offers prescription and custom configurations, subject to compatibility and regional fulfillment.
MemoMind says its operating system uses a hybrid, multi-LLM approach that can select among services including OpenAI, Microsoft Azure and Qwen. That does not mean every feature runs locally. MemoMind’s technical material distinguishes on-device audio processing from connected services used for transcription, AI assistance and memory functions.
What “camera-free” really means
Removing the camera is a meaningful design decision. The glasses cannot take photos or videos, and they avoid the conventional camera-indicator problem associated with camera-equipped smart glasses. That may make them more acceptable in workplaces, homes and social situations where image capture is unwelcome.
But camera-free does not mean data-free or completely private. The microphones can still hear speech and ambient sound. AI assistance, transcription and memory features may involve cloud processing, depending on the function and connection state. MemoMind also describes a “Moments” feature associated with recording and transcription in its higher AI service tier.
Before buying, privacy-conscious users should look for the current details on wake-word handling, recording indicators, consent controls, deletion tools and data-retention settings. The available material does not establish all of those policies clearly enough to assume that they work in a particular way.
Price and availability
As of August 18, 2026, MemoMind One was the only verifiable commercial product in the lineup, and it was being offered through preorder or Kickstarter crowdfunding rather than established ordinary retail stock.

- The standard campaign tier was reported at $399, compared with a stated intended retail price of $599.
- Prescription configurations were reported at approximately $499.
- Custom configurations varied, with reports from about $449 and a later MemoMind product note listing a $409 custom campaign tier.
- Delivery timing was reported as August 2026, but crowdfunding delivery dates are estimates rather than guaranteed retail availability.
Prices can vary by frame, prescription, customization, region, taxes and shipping. A Kickstarter reward is also not equivalent to a normal retail purchase. Check the campaign’s estimated delivery date, update history, cancellation and refund rules, warranty coverage, regional support and prescription-lens fulfillment process. Also confirm exactly what the reward includes, such as a case, charger, sunglasses lenses or lens upgrades.
Independent coverage reported a free basic service and a Memo+ subscription costing approximately $20 per month for more advanced AI and “Moments” recording/transcription features. Subscription terms can change, so confirm the current plan and feature limits before committing.

MemoMind One is best compared by use case rather than by a simple feature checklist:
- MemoMind One: Camera-free display and open-ear audio for notifications, voice assistance, translation, reminders and lightweight information.
- Even Realities G2: A display-focused alternative for buyers who prioritize heads-up information and a more established display-glasses software experience.
- Ray-Ban Meta: A better fit for buyers who want cameras, photos, video, calls and social features. It is an audio-and-camera product rather than a camera-free display system.
- Xreal, RayNeo and Rokid: More relevant to shoppers seeking a large private screen for movies, gaming or productivity. Those products address a different use case from MemoMind’s lightweight notification display.
MemoMind One should not be confused with video glasses such as Xreal, RayNeo Air or Rokid Max products. Its display is intended for compact heads-up information, not a large virtual monitor, spatial AR graphics or pass-through video.

Who should buy MemoMind One?
MemoMind One makes sense for early adopters who specifically want camera-free glasses with an integrated display and audio, and who are comfortable accepting crowdfunding and evolving software. It is also worth considering for users who want prescription options and voice-driven reminders, translation or note-taking.

Wait for Air Display if low weight, a monocular interface and a less visually prominent design matter more than getting the product immediately.
Wait for MemoMind Air if the most important requirement is glasses that look and feel close to ordinary eyewear. Its specifications and launch timing were not yet sufficiently established.
Choose another category if you need a camera, mature retail support, extensive app integrations, robust navigation, a color display, a large virtual screen or no cloud processing. MemoMind’s software was described in independent coverage as promising but less polished than Even Realities G2, with features such as widgets, transcription, voice controls and integrations still evolving.
The bottom line on XGIMI’s three-model launch
MemoMind is a genuine XGIMI-backed smart-glasses brand, and its three-model strategy is real. But the commercial reality is narrower: MemoMind One is the first product offered through preorder and crowdfunding, while MemoMind Air Display and MemoMind Air are later products on the roadmap.
One’s camera-free display-and-audio approach is appealing if privacy and discreet information matter more than photography or video. The trade-offs are crowdfunding risk, dependence on a phone and cloud services for some functions, a still-developing software experience and uncertainty around the unreleased models.
